Been visiting the Tiki for many years. Will not stay any place else. We have never had any issues with staff or anyone. The surroundings are getting crowded but still a fun place to visit.

Short walk to beach. Clean comfortable condo with plenty of room. Comfy beds. Ample towels in bathrooms. Nice kitchen utensils and non stick pans. Close to pool and bbq pit. Cold A/C. Very nice stay! Hope to stay again soon.

This condo's location right by the pool and within easy walking distance of the beach is perfect for a sun filled vacation. Even when there were a lot of people using the pool over the weekend, it was not intrusive while we sat on our shady patio. The condo's kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. Comfortable furniture and being well decorated made for an enjoyable week. This property will definitely be on our list for future stays.

Great location. Friendly people and staff. Grounds were kept in excellent condition and the place was very nice. Close to beach and pool was just outside patio door. Only con I would say was there was no beach amenities (beach chair/wagon/umbrella). Most beach VRBO’s I have stayed in the past these were always provided. With that said, you could rent chairs on the beach also. All in all great stay and would come back to stay again.

The condo is very, very nice. Comfortable furniture & beds, very nice towels and a well supplied kitchen. Couldn't ask for more. A great place to stay. Steps away from the ocean, pools, laundromat & close to bars & restaurants. The free Bus System provides local transportation. The condo is located in our favorite Winter Texan destination.

Very relaxing. Easy access to beach and right next to the pool for evening swim. We had a Great time on the island and the accomidations were a big part of making the vacation a success.

My family really enjoyed are stay at the Tiki. Both the room and property were clean and well maintained. With a few minutes walk from beach. If we do another family vacation to SPI definitely will stay again!

We normally rent 2 rooms when we visit the island but they cramping and not fully equipped. This condo was spacious and very comfortable. Easy for preparing food with good dining area.

Second time staying at The Tiki, both time have been amazing! We stayed at #115 this time and it was great- super clean, spacious for a fam of 5 and right in front of the pool. Owner/Manager of condo had great communication, we highly recommend and will definitely be staying here on our next trip down to SPI!

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was dog friendly and just a short walk to the beach. Nice patio in the front by the pool. Very clean and roomy. Well equipped with linens, kitchen goods, etc. Would stay there again.

Perfect location for over 21 family members to enjoy the beach and the local bars. Great place to watch fireworks. Condo has all the amenities necessary for a great trip.

Had a wonderful time. The grounds were immaculate and other let owners cleaned up after their own pets, which is always nice. Excellent check in staff. Very helpful.

Unit has everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

The property was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully adequate, beds were comfortable. I enjoyed walking through the beautiful property to get to the beach which was very close. Staff maintained the pools well and kept the grounds well. All in all I was well pleased with this unit.

The Tiki Condominiums are in a great location . So close to the beach . Unit 115 is beautifully located in and inner garden courtyard, close to one of the heated pools . Condo had everything needed for our 3 month stay

We had a blast on our family vacation! This property is beautiful and extremely convenient. We have three kiddos and it was super awesome to have a short (like extremely short) walk to the beach. We visited in December and the heated pools were AWESOME! I was worried that it would be too cold to take advantage of the pools but they kept them nice and warm so we went swimming everyday. The property was quite at night (HUGE plus for this family!) and everyone was super friendly and helpful. The owner went out of his way to reach out and communicate with us. In fact we had left the condo and were on our way home and we got a call from EJ saying we forgot my kids blankets and stuffed animals!!!! Seriously, if he didn’t take the time to relay that message this mama would’ve been doomed!!! I am beyond grateful! Thanks again for the great stay! We can’t wait to return.

The condo was a great size and comfortable. We were there for Thanksgiving and the condo had everything we needed to cook what we wanted. The location was great right near the beach. The pools in the complex are heated which was nice since the weather wasn’t as nice as we wanted it. Check-in and out process was easy.

The unit was perfectly located, clean, and comfortable.

We have stayed here before close to the beach, bottom floor with nice porch and close to swimming pool. Host is great.
