The room had smell of stale cigarette smoke.

Paramount tower don't recommend to anyone it shows 4star but there is no facility of the same.

STAFFS ARE NOT AT ALL RESPONSIBLE. Worst experience from a hotel.
1. First of all not deserving 4 star, only deserve 2 star.
2. We had to wait 1 hr to get the room that too in the late evening.
3. Staffs were not friendly.
4. No response if we ask for water or any basic needs.
5. The room was having paint smell too much. Seems a room just given to stay.
6. There was refrigerator, no kettle, no chair.
7. Bathroom was not clean. No hot water.
8. Too much dust in the bed.
9. Too much noise from AC.
10. No response from staffs, we have to 3 or 4 times for everything.

Staff are rude and not cooperative. Didn't allow early checkin even though it was pre booked. Very late breakfast timing, making the complementary breakfast useless.

Bathroom had a see through window which was unnecessary. Even though u have a curtain / blind from inside, it was not neede.

Good location, nice ambiance and fairly clean.
Restaurant has to improve their service. Nobody seems to know the art of customer relations there. No one would ever attend the telephone, food ordered was not served even after one hour. Rooms were not cleaned or beds made up for the entire day. Even though there is TV facility in the room, most of the paid channels were not available to watch . I was planning to watch India vs Australia cricket match , but no sports channels were available.
