The property is very near to Kozhikode railway station.

I booked for Deluxe room, and they charged me for deluxe room as well. But they provided us with standard room No. 315.

rooms are completely different from the pictures given…rooms were filled with intense cigarette smell.It was congested and nothing similar to the photos.Very much over priced compared to the facilities given.

no cleaning of rooms. no change of bed linens at all! all 3 days i have to use the same sheets. bed sheets are old.pillow cases are old . toilet floor was not clean. water heating did not work always! wc was having issues with flush tank leakage. pipes were stuck ar some directions.

No hotwater, bed is not good, bathroom etc....

kept my passports at check inn only when I complaint the morning they came up with the excuse that their Photocopier was not working . with check in I was tired and did not want to argue . it was the only hotel in more than 100 nights I stayed in India where my passport was taken and it made me feel unsafe and insecure . the address given in booking.com is not accurate by about 200 meters

Requested for an early check-in, unfortunately room was not ready at the time of arrival. Requested to wait for an hour room to be ready. Poor Wifi connection. Bathroom floor was not clean and room had dust on the floor.
