Location was amazing but even more than that was the host, who is an angel and was always at disposal ready to help. truly a one of a kind person

The location is superb, next to the Old Port, in a quiet street, with a private paid parking garage, the B&B looks like a bank vault :), so I felt very safe inside! The young manager was very pleasant and explained everything around the hotel and services in the room, gave us a map of Genoa and in general was very helpful. Very good Internet connection, rich offer of self-service breakfast, which was ready in the room on a special breakfast table. The bed was large and very comfortable, the room elegant with a kitchenette corner, very convenient. The only hotel during my 12-day stay in Italy which hadn´t charged us beforehand, we paid on arrival, which I find most convenient.

Everything about the hotel was great! Driving in Italy, however, is insane, but that´s another story...

Pretty much nothing, except the fact that it is nearby the aquarium.

It is not the place advertised!! It's a scam! The apartment was in a shabby XXth century building, not at all in a XVIIth century building as advertised. The room is charmless, unlike the rooms in the many advertisement pictures. The building is surrounded by drunkards, day and night -- till 3-4 am. It is not possible to sleep with the noise made by them pretty much the whole night. Don't go there! Even les with your kids!

Room was very good, not luxurious but very comfortable and quirky- with everything you need for a short trip. Ulrich was v helpful, available in person for a delayed check in ( flight delayed by 1.5 hours) and always responds quickly to questions etc. The location was great- close to everything, restaurants nearby ( book early if at weekend) and a very nice pasticceria around the corner .Place was spotless. Would definitely recommend

The room was huge and very neat and clean with comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped. Ulrich went out of his way to make our stay even more enjoyable by recommending 2 wonderful restaurants, showing us on a map interesting places to see, and arranging a taxi to the airport in the early hours of the morning.

Tje step stairs to the apartment could be an issue if you had mobility issues.

The breakfast selection was excellent and fresh and replaced daily. Everything you could need; microwave, toastie maker, kettle, coffee maker and all items provided for use.

Directions need to be more clear as we took a while to find it. Aircon could Have been better.

Excellent location, very close to the center and the metro station and still in a quiet street. Breakfast was very of a very wide choice of food. Room was quiet, comfortable and nice for children also. The staff was very nice and welcoming and helpful at finding the right activities.

Unique, quirky, great location very close to port and centre. Don’t be put off by the ‘backstreet’ feel, it’s safe and the property is very secure. car parking is in a private lock-up garage. Host/staff were brilliant, the rooms breakfast was well-stocked and there was also a fridge, kettle and coffee maker.

Ingredients for breakfast were very good, fresh, absolutely w/o any problems. Cleaning service excelent, All towels, bed, bathroom, kitchen were very clean. We were very satisfied. I can recommend this accommodation. Good location in front of the Acquario (200m) and in the heart of the old town.

Regarding the location nothing, for B+B kind of accommodation nothing to claim.

The air conditioning wasn't strong and made a loud clicking noise where it had to be turned off at night to sleep. Check in not super clear.
