Family Villa was not near the facilities. In a bad area so we couldn't walk anywhere to find local food or coffee as the road was very busy with no restaurants so you have to rely on hotel for everything

The property we stayed is a 3 bed room villa which a bit far from lobby for which they provided enough transportation from the lobby and transportation is also provided for restaurant and other things within aryaswara if needed for no additional cost Coming to the 3 bed room villa we stayed the place was good with bali vibe surrounded by lush green trees and crops and a swimming pool and all amenities needed. The staff were friendly and helpful with all arrangements needed. grab was available for food and other things. Bikes were also arranged by the staff at additional cost which is very helpful.

coming to drawbacks the place had lizards and bathrooms were a bit open to nature leading to more lizards and dust. the water pressure was low and the pool had dust and leaves that could due to the trees and open area but a net can be provided to clean it

Great Room size and very very clean , also the bathroom just great. LOVLY view from our veranda to looking swimming pool and sunrise. The pool so clean and perfect size for laps swim. Great balance breakfast between fruits and French croissants with scrambled eggs and great fresh orange juice. Yummy.

Night time light in the garden should be less too bright .

The property was quiet and private. The grounds were beautiful and the staff was so very friendly and accommodating.

A but far from Ubud center, but I’m sure it would be a lot louder if it was closer. The water pressure seemed unreliable. The shower completely stopped lost pressure and stopped a few times and I tried to use the tub once but there wasn’t enough hot water and the water pressure eventually gave out before it was even halfway full (granted it is a huge tub). But I felt why have a tub if you don’t have the infrastructure or resources to use it?

the first thing that we got from this property is the quietness, the staff really attentive and helpful. they can arrange you everything during your stay.

It is an incredible place for relaxing. If you want to feel the Balinese hospitality and culture, this is the place to stay and enjoy. Highly recommend the Aryaswara’s personnel and the villas they offer.

We had an amazing stay at the Villa. Very nice room, beautiful garden, amazingly friendly staff. Everyone was so nice! And the breakfast and the restaurant is amazing. Highly recommended!

Quite place with very nice pool and a small temple. the design of the reception desk is amazing. The rooms are nice, bathroom is really wide and pleasant. it has net around the bed for the mosquitos, really nice. Staff is okay, helpful and responsive. Dekedy is good.

It needs more cleaning, the cleanliness it’s not perfect, it needs more. check the curtains, because they need to be washed/changed. The toilet needs to be changed, because it’s old and the paint is peeling.

We were upgraded! Our room was at the Adiwana Villa, just next door, but part of the same hotel. The staff treated you like a Kardashian that had spent thousands to be there! The value for money was expectational. We could not fault the restaurant and spa!! They also provide mosquito nets and room repellent. A very comfortable stay. Free shuttle into the centre of Ubud.

Due to the beautiful tree surroundings, the rooms could be quite dark.

we stayed in the suite which was amazing with an outdoor bathroom and a copper bath tub. Also the pool is very nice and well maintained. Although the service is really poor. They have their main reception in another hotel which is to far to reach by foot and the one they have near the suites is just not helpful at all. Upon arrival there was a trainee (very nice) welcoming us but unfortunately she did not speak sufficient English and we could not check in as she was not in charge. You will wait for every service pretty long and it feels more like a stay in an apartment then a full serviced hotel. also you will never have enough water as they only give 2 small bottles. (trust me you will need much more during one day)

Poor service

The staff were the sweetest people, they were always making sure you feel comfortable and all requests were solved very quickly. Also, they answer in the matter of minutes or instatly every message from whatsapp so communication was great! The hotel is even more beautiful than the pictures, the room with the bathtub was superb and the breakfast was amazing!

Only bad thing is that the restaurant is not in the same facility, is a few minutes down the road. It was not a problem though because shuttles were always ready to take you there. The location is 20 min from the center of Ubud and there is not much to do around.

The people were all so friendly and attentive. We made some efforts to learn to say hello and you’re welcome in Balinese. This brought huge smiles and laughter everywhere we went. Such friendly people. We were more than happy to come home every night to meet our staff and tell them of our day.

There is nothing we didn’t like.

Everything was perfect. The room is amazing and the people who work here are very kind and helpful. I propose to my girlfriend and they help me decorate the room and make this moment magical. Thank you !

The staff at the hotel was something else. They did everything to make us feel comfortable. We had such a good time, and the staff was a big part of that. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was excellent, with many options. We had so mane questions regarding the city and transportation, and they helped us every time. They provide a shuttle service, which is great since the hotel is not located in the middle os the city. They also have a Gym you can visit. Beautiful hotel, room and location. The view from our room was out of this world.

Only bad thing was one of our toilets stopped working 2 days before we were leaving, but fortunately we had an additional toilet just outside of our room to ourselves.

the staff! they made our stay at this hotel one of the worst experience ever. first of all, the staff was not able to speak in English which is extremely frustrating and caused a lot of communication problems. they advised us to send our requests/questions on a WhatsApp group but they did not provide us with a WiFi connection. We asked for an explanation and we just received very confused reply “you need to pay for an extra charge” “we will check it”. this is of course a problem for people who come from Europe who needs to pay extra money for the internet connection. furthermore, I was very keen to partecipate in the extra activities they showed us in the reception (yoga, spa…) and we asked them to book us for them. with regards to the yoga I didn’t receive any clear reply from them (they just said “we don’t have any free course at the moment” - I was already aware of it, but they didn’t give me any further info) and the spa was a tragedy. No one informed us that the Spa is not in the same location of the villas but “somewhere” that they weren’t even able to find on Google Maps when we asked them. Unfortunately, we found out that the Spa was not there only 3 minutes before the session. instead of apologies and find a solution for us, they said “we can cancel the session”. No one has offered us a car ride to this hypothetic spa and so we lost our opportunity. lastly, in this very long list of absolutely ridiculous situations, we asked them for help with transportation. we asked for a taxi and they weren’t not able to find one after one hour since our requested saying at the beginning “you asked only 40 mins ago” and then changing their mind and saying “I forgot to book, I am sorry”. we also asked for a scooter, which is the most popular way to go around in Bali and they were not able to find one for us for 3 days. no explanation and no really interest in this was shown by the staff.

The hotel is gorgeous, especially the pool and our room bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was very helpful with everything we needed! The breakfast had quite a bit of variety. Overall great stay.

The wifi was quite fault which was a bit annoying since we bought SIM cards with limited data. Also, there’s a rooster in the hotel or very close that wakes up at 6am and so do you. The isolation from light could also be better.
