TODO; desde el momento que te reciben en el Lobby y luego haces el check in en la habitación sientes este trato único y diferencial de este hotel y en particular de los balineses que trabajan en él. La habitación es enorme, hermosamente decorada y bien distribuida, las instalaciones del hotel son espectaculares; los campos de arroz, el río que pasa en los límites del complejo, el spa, realmente por donde uno mire es precioso! Comimos en dos restaurantes y usamos tanto el GYM como el SPA quedando muy satisfechos. La señora Thania (nuestra Patih) hizo de nuestra estancia una experiencia inolvidable! El complejo te ofrece una sesión de fotos dentro de las preciosas instalaciones que luego decides si compras o no. Recomendado 100%

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life, the service is incredible, the rooms are spacious and cleaned multiple times during the day. the hotel has a lot of activities. they also provided us with a complimentary photoshoot for our honeymoon. Loved everything

We liked everything about the property. The facility was excellent and clean, the hotel had an amazing view and most of all, the staffs were all very heartwarming and kind. Everyone always had a smile on their face. Our butler(putih), Riadi, especially made our stay at Mandapa memorable - he was very caring and professional. He is definitely the best butler you can find! We will be back at Mandapa some day :)
