Staff were great and very helpful. Pool was deep and cool. Bathtub is awesum!!, made of stone and deep and longer enough for some one 6 ft tall to fit comfortably or 2 people. Plenty of water.

The Villas decor is very tired, quite a.few ants around and a bit of a damp or musty smell.

Perfect location - short walk to JL padma and restaurants. Close to garlic lane for shopping. Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Breakfast arrived on time and was delicious.

1. Awful smell coming from bath tub, we were able to correct this by running tap - dry pipes. 2. The lounge suite was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat on in my life. The cushions kept falling off, had no arms and the shape of the cushions and the cushion as the backrest gave me a back ache. Ended up using the dining chairs to sit on. Needs to be discarded.

The pool and the bathup infront of the pool, its so aesthetic and i love it. I also need to call the service man to explain how to use microwave and tv setting for smart tv. Very fast respond and nice service. Strategic place near Kuta, Seminyak and Legian.

I think the villa is tired. Needs some attention. We liked the breakfast. The water dispenser was good. The bathroom tiles in the shower were very slippery. I'm 66 years old. Lucky my husband was there to catch me.

Didn't like the pool step. Needed another step to get out of pool. If a rail at the end of pool would help. Also loud noises in the ceiling at 11pm. Terrible noise.

Loved the pool and spacious villa.

The decking was needing replacing, old and rotting.

The staff were extremely helpful and always friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

The outdoor chairs were difficult to get in and out of. The interior of the villa requires a bit of maintenance, but according to the owner, this is being attended to.

Lovely clean spacious property,with very freindly and happy staff. Has a great pool and everything you need for a great stay. Breakfast is included and they bring it to your place and set it up. The banana pancakes are a winner.

Unfortunatly the beds are too hard for our liking but others may like a very firm bed, also the access to the beach is a 15 min walk so not central.

Beautiful little villa for myself and my partner. The place is clean and quite in the tucked away location. The villa has all the facilities you would ever need.

The pool area in our villa didn't see much much sun outside the middle of the day, so sunbathing was not possible for much of the day.

The place is really beautiful and bed was comfortable. The staff was really nice as well.

The pool gave me a painful rash so I couldn't use it. (This has never happened to me before). Also there is not enough warm water to actually fill the bath tub to be full.

Villa in general was nice and neat same as photos. The massage services the have is nice and good prices for mobile service.

1. Breakfast could’ve been better, it was really basic and poor portions in comparison with the other hotels “specially the continental style”. 2. Laundry service is poor, first we’ve received really nice smelling cloths so we packed them straight away in the luggage but once we arrived home we were surprised that they are stained like they only have been washed with water and scented. 3. Bugs and insects were really annoying which is normal for tropical country but there was heaps inside the house specially on the curtains “photos can be provided “ 4. No hand towels and body lotion provided. When asked for hand towels they’ve brought us a small square fibre sheets like the cleaning ones

The pool, the bathroom, the comfort of the bed. TV and sound system. Calm and peaceful place. Good for families.

Flooding of the access corridors to the rooms. Lack of hand towels, towels in the kitchenette. Only 2 towels for 3 people.

Having a private villa with 24hr service was excellent, the location of the villa was fantastic too. Close to everything you need and a 5min walk to Padma Beach.
