The hotel was quiet and the room was acceptable.

Access was peculiar, we had to use the intercom to gain entry to the building as there were no staff on site until c16.00 (our room keys were on the counter). In the morning we were promised breakfast c08.00 but the staff member did not show up and after a thirty minute wait, we timed out and had to leave just as the late-sleeping staff-member commenced breakfast service; very strange.

Myself and 2 Friends were travelling by Motorbike and they very kindly let us park all 3 bikes in the Locked Garage

it was a pleasant surprise. Nice decor, large rooms with all facilities working and not least, comfortable beds. very friendly and helpful staff. I would add; very good value.

Staff doesn’t speak english, important when you don’t speak spanish. But very friendly.

There was no one working at reception, i was buzzed in and my keycard along with various other guests were just sitting there, i checked in early so fair enough but I left the hotel twice and when i returned, there were people waiting to check in (even though there is apparently a 24-hour front desk) According to booking, there is supposed to be a bar, a snack bar and a resutaurant, none of which were open. If this is covid related then fair enough, but its been 18 months so change the details on booking.com. The balcony didnt have any chairs, and there was only 1 chair in the room so we couldnt sit outside together. There was also no mini bar as advertised.

Very good hotel in a small but lively town. We used it as a 1 night stop of our trip to Madrid and it was perfect!

I really enjoyed my stay. A warm welcome and everyone was kind to my beginner’s Spanish. Not your standard modern motel, this hotel has all you need with character, charm and an intriguing selection of art.

Nothing much. It is on a pedestrian precinct (it’s okay to drive down) and at busier times might be noisy.
