The location was good. This place was spacious and cozy. It was equipped with everything travellers need. The manager was very kind.

All the things in the apartment were rather old, so some didn't work properly.

The location of the apartment is perfect for visiting most places in Barcelona, just a few minutes from Placa Catalunya where there is also a metro station. Casa Battlo is also just a few minutes away. The apartment is on a quiet street, there is a nice bakery opposite that also does takeaway coffee - perfect in the morning! The apartment is clean and comfortable, there is enough space and all amenities are present. Arrival instructions were very clear and the owner gave us good ideas on what to see and where to eat. Our stay was perfect!

The location of the apartment is excellent, and it is a very comfortable and spacious apartment. The host is wonderful. For example, she let me leave the luggage for a couple more hours after the checkout even though that is not a practice in this type of accomodation. Also, she gave me some tips about events and other information.

Great location

Location was good, apartment was very clean and had all the facilities you would need. Wifi was very good, had no connection problems. Central location, very near to transport links and shops with a number of restaurants available.

The rules of the apartment were not very clear, was accused of smoking and the owner has spies in the building and opposite who like to report back to the host on your movements. Not a place if you are smoker as apparently you cannot smoke outside the building. The host accused us of smoking in the apartment according to a tip off from one of the residents but none of us were smoking in the apartment and no rules state no smoking.

The value of booking was great and location perfect for bars and sight seeing. Great facilities.

The shower does not get very hot. The worse thing is the check in surcharge. If I'd had seen this I wouldn't have booked this. €20 to check in between 22.00 and 00.00. Then €40 after 00.00!!! When the surcharge ends up being almost a 5th of the cost of the entire booking it seems a bit steep. This being made worse that the flight was delayed by 2 hours through no fault of our own, which meant we had to pay €40 to just check in.

Good location, ample space.

The boiler is producing noise all the night, in the guest room I can’t sleep well. The elevator can only contain 2 persons at one time.
