I like the hotel specially the renovation they made in the room .
Same kind of breakfast offered for years . Something new is needed in the menu .

Love the location. The people are welcoming and they endeavour to speak english. It is very accessible nice restaurant. The rooms a really nice and clean. All the hotel accessories are available and standard.
The showers in the bathrooms need to be replaced. I have visited twice but the showers need to be replaced. It will be for their own good because it will limit wastage of water by clients.

We booked a room with balcony and haven't received the same.

Breakfast was excellent and included in price. We slept like babies , as the bed was very comfortable and the area was peaceful. Great value for what we payed.

The staff is amazing, the location is perfect front desk staff is wonderful also the kitchen staff. Rooms attendants are gorgeous.
My room was too small you can't move around, the bathroom is very small.

Even after numerous conversation with the property, get there my room was not even ready . We had to go to another hotel

My reservation was $36 and paid $43 instead they told me plus tax ???? Why I never had a booking and when I arrived the hotel they tell me a different price.:(

Everything! The food! The location, close by nice places to eat! Security! Quiet! Clean! friendly staff, We felt safe here! Danielson was more and beyond always smiling and nice! The other guy too (sorry I don't remember his name) (the young guy with glasses, thanks for helping me with the taxi ). Iris (cleaning lady) also was very nice too! I highly recommend this hotel!

The welcome to the clientele was very warm.
The Food 🤐The same things every day 😭 You'd have to put a lot more as breakfast. I was very surprised 😮 when I noticed every time that there was no difference.

A good Dominican breakfast was included. The hotel was quite near the old center, about 1 km. It was easy to walk there in the daylight, and it wasn't expensive to go there nighttime by Uber. I had a balcony, refridgerator, TV and AC. Drinking water was free. There were restaurants near the hotel. I slept very well.
I seemed to be the only European guest in the hotel. The others were mainly from Caribbean countries. The instructions were written in four languages: Spanish, English, French and Haitian Creole.
There is no good nightlife just near the hotel. But it's not a big deal to go to the oldtown.
