Very friendly receptionists, nice decorated hotel. and the location was perfect, 1 min. walk from the Pisa Tower.

The hot water took a long time to come out from the shower, but not a big deal.

Location was amazing and staff where very helpful.

Do not sit in the garden! We got eaten by mosquitos!

It was a perfect location to visit the Leaning Tower, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the night was quiet. The towel warmers were great.

The preferred parking was not available so we had to pay to park nearby but on the street. The property was a bit worn.

The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. It was pretty, and the location was excellent.

The relax area was small, would have been nice to have a comfy sofa, but space won't allow. We spent a fair amount of time here as it was torrential rain throughout the day and our flight wasn't until late. However, it was a welcome relief to have somewhere to be that meant we had access to a toilet, and to keep dry.

The hotel is just 200 meters away from the tower!

1 minute walk from the tower, great location, great room, nice staff. A super breakfast place opposite the hotel. I recommend trying it.

Fantastic location for visiting the Leaning Tower and the other sites in the Piazza dei Miracoli, before the crowds arrive and after they leave. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and functional. Really good experience.

The property didn’t have a breakfast room (though they do offer a discount voucher for use at the cafe located across the road from the hotel) and there was no lift, which might prove difficult for some guests.

Although not as described the location was good.

Location to being accurate to advertisement. Location of the "separate building" is 280 mtrs from main hotel which is not as advertised as 150 mtrs; might seem small but would have liked to know beforehand, we most likely would have stayed at something else. Room has no mini fridge, no coffee making facilities which would have been nice. Shutters did not close.

Location is great if you plan to visit Pisa tower. They helped us to book taxi to airport at early morning. Close to bus stops.

A common fridge at lobby might be useful. Some electricity plugs need replacement.

Family, budget friendly and great location for visiting the Pisa tower. Staff were the nicest we encountered in all of Italy.

There is only stairs but they assisted with bringing suitcases up the stairs.

The location is exceptional, very clean near to a coffe shop just in front of where we had breakfast, taxis in front of the door, the staff is very friendly and always offering help and information about Pisa.

We did not sleep at all. The room was by the street and it was extremely noisy at night during the weekend.
