Location, paid good breakfast and cleanliness

nothing inside the room. Air con noisy and didn’t work, shower broken, your have to hold it with one hand and do all the rest with the other because there is no wall support to the shower, awful pillows and mattresses, bathroom so small that a fat person can’t pass between toilet and shower glass door, windows didn’t open, tv didn’t work, in resume it’s a (bad) bed and (paid good) breakfast.

The location was ideal.

The room was basic, the bathroom was small and the shower was useless, it turned the bathroom into a wet room! The shutters on the windows were so noisy as well as the outside traffic - we could hear everything, including the people in the next room showering. Awful nights sleep!

The lady receptionist was very pleasant and helpful

We booked 3 rooms - 2 doubles and 1 single. We were advised that the single was upgraded to a double but on arrival, only the single was available and there was no reference to the upgrading.

Hotel is very central, very clean, lovely staff. Obliged us by letting us leave our luggage in the Hotel three days after our initial stay so we could tour the city peacefully.

Location can not be better than this for those using train as transportation. It is few steps from Pisa Centrale. For a couple, it have a good size room.

Shower is extremely small with almost no room to turn around when taking a bath. Located in a very noisy area. Should have a breakfast included.

Location is very central by the station and the bus to the leaning tower. Beds are comfortable, breakfast plentiful with continental plus cereal, toast, jam etc. Nothing was grand or top notch but it all worked just fine. I'd stay there again.

The shower is a joke! I could barely fit in (and I’m not a big person), so I had to open the curtain. As a result, the whole bathroom was flooded after a short shower….

The Hotel is too old. I didn't like the room. There was a room structure that was far below the standards. breakfast is bad. bathroom interior was very old. It wasn't worth it.

Very friendly staff. Location near the station and 20 mins walk from the attractions.

Leaving the key at the reception before each departure which made it necessary to pass by the reception each time we want to go out and in.

The curtains were torn in the room and only half covered the window. Therefore my privacy was compromised. I stayed in room 206. I called reception and the man there, a very nice man, tried to help. But he could do nothing. There was also an outside shutter that in normal circumstances could have been pulled down to cover the window, but this was jammed. So basically I had no privacy and had to keep the lights off in the room so nobody would see me. Finally, the breakfast was adequate, but not as good as some of the other hotels close by. So, I will not be staying in this hotel again!

property was close to Pisa Centrale and they had a late check in with complimentary bag drop which was nice. it was an old hotel but still felt clean.

the AC and wifi were weak, and the bed was horribly uncomfortable.

The hotel is next to the train station. This is perfect for those who plan excursions (it is a perfect option for base city to go to Cinque Terre). Also the downtown is 5 minutes by walking. The leaning tower is 15-20 minutes. The stuff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and towels always change.
