All Staff were excellent. Very welcoming. The pool restaurant offers good menu and drinks. The rooms were superb. Clean. It met our expectations. Our driver was very professional picking us up from the Pier and taking us back. The reception staff were excellent welcoming us and arranging our all requirements Breakfast food were excellent. Great choices

The Beach. We were not able to swim as it's too rocky. not sandy. that was disappointing.

We didn't like the first day because we waited for almost 3 hours for our room to be ready not like in Mithi Resorts that we just waited for only 10 minutes eventhough we had couple hours before our actual chek in time. Then, we didn't like after we check in, the receptionist called us in our room saying they're going to charge my extra person for my Family which i don't agree because i booked the hotel few months already and i didn't heared from the site i booked to aware that i had to pay for extra. Then on the last day we're going to check out, i waited for 30 minutes on the hot day at the reception, waited for clearance to go while they check our room. Then they want us to charge for a cup noodles because at first they accused us that we replaced their small cup noodles with the large cup noodles which clearly the room attendant didn't pay attention when they check the room after the previous customer left.

- room looks empty and not very welcoming - staff was sometimes not reachable - smoking only in the smoking area in front of the hotel, no seating there) - a lot of kids there(count to positive if you are family and like this kind of stuff:)) - you can hear everything through the walls of the room and as the rooms are located directly at the pool it was very noisy

The wide range of diversity of Breakfast. Excellent and divine Food at best Service. The Staff is extremely kindly and helpful at all times. Especially the luxery Rooms are stunning and very comfortable. Moreover,, the whole facility is breathtaking with its large infinity Pools and amazing garden environment.

The beach is barely rocky and narrow and could be much bigger in terms of swimming and water Sport activities.

bathroom is quite dirty, not cleaned properly, hairs everywhere bathroom shower is a serious design flaw as the water gets under the tiles and the entire bathroom has water coming up from between the tiles

a very big property with amazing rooms and very nice staff. they will help you out when they can with your stay. there is also complimentary kayaking if you would like to explore. the pool is also very clean and beautiful.

Property is clean and private! Room is big and spacious! Lovely bathrooms!
