Great location accessible to many highlights of Milan.

La luz de la cocina hay que cambiarla porque no se ve nada y tambien pondria un perchero en el cuarto para poder colgar la ropa.

The apartment was sparkling clean. The beds (including fold away) were well made and the AC was already on when we arrived - but we were to find issue that night with AC in a hot Milan, which would be rectified.

The AC failed some time in the evening. To their credit when I requested someone check the AC, they had someone there within half an hour (at 9:30’at night). Now I admit I was panicking / sweat dripping off me with past experiences- expectations in Italy. The guy who came was very professional, stepped through the issue and fixed it within 15 minutes and we enjoyed a cool nights sleep before tackling the melting sidewalks of Milano the next day! “It’s not about what happens, but how you respond”. The location was ideal, but that was the only thing I found desirable about this apartment.

When we arrived at the apartment, it was extremely hot. We went to turn on the a/c and the fans were not working. We mentioned it to the hosts and they said it would just take time. Four hours later, the apartment was just as hot, so we reached out again, and they sent someone to check on it. He was able to get the fan moving and assured it would be fixed. He left and 3 hours later when we returned, the apartment was just as hot. We called and they were not able to help us at 10:30 PM, so we were left in a hot apartment all night. We couldn’t ventilate by opening the windows as it was raining, so were left in a hot apartment all night and no one rested well. The apartment itself was adequate, but the conditions made for a very unpleasant stay. Be advised when you’re booking on this website that the apartments pictured as not necessarily where you’ll land. They rent out a multitude of places, and you don’t know exactly which one you’ll end up staying in when you book. The unit I specifically had a poor experience with was via’dell orso 18, 2 bedroom apartment.

The location of the property is fantastic, it’s walking distance to the Duomo and castle, as well as the Brera area which was amazing for food options.

The property is small comparative to others we stayed across Italy but is to be expected given it is inner city.
