The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It had some nice touches like good quality biscuits and very elegant furnishings.

The parking was rather cramped.

It’s located about 500 yards from the main high street, and the room was at the rear, newly built and spacious. very quiet during our stay.

Staff were great and made check in really easy despite me arriving during a busy lunch service. Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic.

My room was close to one of the main fridges in the restaurant kitchen downstairs and the sound of it switching on and off during the night was intrusive and kept me awake.

the room was cosy, modern and everything we needed.

parking was great especially when we came back of an evening we had to park halfway down the road. we were chalet 1 and our room wall backed onto the kitchen so it was noisy in the evening. when we went for breakfast at 10am the staff were cleaning and mopping the restaurant so felt we needed to leave. surely this can be done before opening hours.

The team were very accommodating. The food was delicious.

Location excellent, close to shops, restaurants and promenade

Nice room but on front of property, therefore over looking road even with windows closed lot of traffic noise.

rooms are in a good position

4 drunken 20 something girls next door with thin walls shouting and screaming. inside the room and outside. No staff on site to deal with the uproar. velux window that opened automatically at 3 am in the morning above the bed. not great!

Staff were really friendly and the room was better than expected so excellent stay all round

Room good and clean, towels replaced daily and staff customer service excellent. Didn't have breakfast, however booked evening meal in restaurant which was really good food and great service.

Room based at front near busy main road so noisy if windows open. Bathroom was clean but extremely small and shower open at end causing floor to flood.

The food was exceptional we had dinner their and our waitress Taylor was fantastic - very knowledgeable and had a very bubbly personality.

The bed was really uncomfortable - had a big crease in the middle was like two single beds pushed together. The toilet was so noisey & gave off a strange smell. On our second day couldnt have a cuppa tea as they forgot to leave any milk cartons. .
