Bonita Bay is a special community

Great place. Wonderful host. She was more then accommodating. We needed a place to live after hurricane Ian flooded out our condo. The apartment was perfect. Well appointed kitchen for a long stay if you want to cook instead of eating out. Loved it!!!

This is a clean, updated unit with tasteful finishes. The owners went to great effort to make us feel welcome and we were impressed with all of the specials touches to make our stay even nicer. We’ve been staying in Wild Pines for years; this condo had the most comfortable furniture, including the beds. Strongly recommend for any length of stay.

Myself and my extended family have stayed in quite a few rentals in Bonita Bay over the years and this was BY FAR the best one! It was very spacious and very clean! Our extended family that were staying in other rentals last week were jealous when they came to check out our place. Everything was very up-to-date and top line. I would highly recommend staying here and we plan to book it every year for our yearly trip!

This was by far the cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever seen…my wife must’ve commented 15 times how spotless it was (and she’s a clean freak). Check-in was effortless, the amenities were just right and the neighborhood was perfect for us. Mark and Amy were great to communicate with and answered all questions virtually immediately, both before and during our rental period. I can’t recommend this property strongly enough. Honestly unless you’re staying at the Hyatt Regency down the road, you’re not going to find a better place to stay in the area and we hope we have the opportunity to rent from them again.

It was our second stay at Bonita Bay and this property in Wild Pines was perfect for my busband and I. We spent two weeks here and our stay in this lovely home exceeded our expectations. Communications with the owners has been very effective, prompot and friendly. The apartment is well kept, nicely decorated, with many amenities and generous supply of toiletries, paper products and detergents. We liked being on this corner unit on the ground floor. The unit has a south west orientation so guests enjoy the sunset in the cosy screened lanai . The kitchen is modern and fully equipped: a plus for those- like us as - who are used to cook . Bonita Bay is a beautiful, manicured development with many amenities, parks, restaurants and facilities. In Bonita Springs we would not stay anywhere else and look forward to our next visit to this lovely home.

The hosts were so accommodating and there were many nice touches, such as a frig stocked with essentials and lots of water bottles. The wrap-around lanai was so comfy. I highly recommend!

My family and I loved our stay! The condo had everything we needed and more. It was spotless! Amy, the owner, was so easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. The community was so beautiful - we walked, swam and played tennis every day. The beach is a short drive. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Everything you could need is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped, lots of beach/pool items, beds are comfortable, and extremely clean. My favorite part was sitting on the lanai and enjoying the views. We will be back again soon!

Had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay.

My family absolutely loved our stay! The condo is in a gated, quiet community but is closed to the grocery store, mini golf, and restaurants. My two teen boys and I enjoyed the landscaped trails throughout the community; they ran the trails each morning as I walked. The pool was a short walk from the condo and was so relaxing. The condo allowed for my husband and I to have privacy away from the boys as the bedrooms are separate from each other. Amy has the condo stocked better than any VRBO condo that we've ever stayed in before. Loved our stay! Thanks for your excellent communication too! Almost forgot to mention the private beach - we enjoyed this clean, uncrowded beach. Very relaxing trip which is exactly what we needed.

Condo was outstanding. Exceeded pictures on Facebook. What made it more special, were the welcoming touches by the owners. The kitchen was stocked with spices, etc. So convenient to anyplace you might want to go. I spent several afternoons at the pool and I was the only one there! Would definitely recommend this condo.

The accommodations for our family were superb. It was our first VRBO. Getting around was clear and simple. We really enjoyed all the fun that was included, for example, the kayaking and private beach, the tennis and the swimming. Shopping nearby was great and we were close to the day adventures we were looking forward to. The property was super comfortable and met all our needs. We are feeling thankful for the thoughtful and terrific hospitality.

The condo is laid out so that the 2 bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit; providing max privacy. The kitchen has every pot, pan, spice that you need. We loved riding the 2 bikes within the 4,500 acres. Ate our meals on the huge launi. Enjoyed being able to communicate with the owner. We didn’t rent a car. Walk to DeRomo’s market and the 3 restaurants in The Promennade Shoppes is 5 min away. Rent this now!!

Newly retired, my husband and I spent a month in this lovely condo in Bonita Bay. The grounds were amazing with bike/walking trails, parks, pool and beach. Location is great as you can walk to shops and restaurants. The owners were very nice and accommodating. The best part was the large lanai, sitting in the afternoon sun on the comfy lounge chairs!

This unit is beautiful. It is very well maintained and well stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Clean and cozy. Love the lanai and the many bike/walking paths. Enjoyed having our own space while visiting family members that reside in the Bonita Bay community. Highly recommend and hope to be back!
