The property was just as described in the listing. Very accessible to ocean, pools were nice, Pool Bar Jim’s was an added bonus for the hot beach days. Having Coligny right next door is very convenient for groceries, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. Thank you for allowing us to rent the week.

This place was perfect for our family. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and 3 minutes to the beach walking.

The house was much bigger than we anticipated. It was spotless. Plenty of towels (shower & beach) for our stay. Kitchen very well equipped with cooking and eating ware.

Exceptionally clean condo complex and individual unit! Very spacious condo with large bedrooms and bathrooms as well as plenty of seating in living area. Loved the location where you were right on the beach and right next to Coligny shopping/ restaurants/ bars.

We really enjoyed the property and the condo is very nicely kept. Only a few picky comments. 1) the master bedroom door does not lock which was less than ideal. 2) the master bedroom bed mattress needs replacement. 3) One of the towel bars was missing in the guess bath and should be replaced. Otherwise fantastic.

I loved this property and we had a great stay. This place was extremely clean for a rental which is a huge plus. The location is great, nice amenities as advertised and comfortable. Only minor things I would tweak (no salt and pepper left behind was a first, as it seems they clean out everything). The couches and chairs are not super comfortable, but we were outside most of the time. Overall this was one of the best rentals I have had.

We loved this location and the condo was clean. Check in process was easy. Furniture (especially in living room) is simply worn out. Also, I would not consider this property as having an ocean view. You had to stand in one spot on the main balcony and lean out a bit to see the ocean. Still, the location was so perfect. We would rent again.

Overall this is an excellent property and is just as described. Very clean, great location, excellent communication. Only complaints or issues include no sheets for the sofa bed, the multi-cup coffee pot did not work and the carpet could use replacing. However, not enough issues to prevent us from staying there again.

They even had plastic containers to store leftovers from restaurants and our own cooking. That was appreciated. The only negative was that the ground crew and some condo units being remodeled made sleeping past 7 or 8am on two weekdays difficult. So we just went to see the beautiful sunrise rather than sleeping in.

This facility and its location was great. It was a quick walk away from the beach, grocery, coffee, lunch, dinner... You get the point. The unit itself was clean and spacious. Will certainly consider renting again.
