La qualité de l'accueil et de la restauration. L'emplacement pour ce que j'avais à faire à Marseille est top. La variété du petit déjeuner et le renouvellement de la carte du restaurant.
L'inconfort acoustique criant de la chambre par usure du joint d'huisserie qui ne filtre plus les bruits de la circulation. Le manque de supervision dans la réalisation du ménage ou le surnombre de chambres/personnel (plus de savon ni au lavabo ni dans la douche)

Nice location
Our recent stay at Ibis Hotel Marseille was far from what we anticipated. Despite being advertised as a 3-star hotel, the reality was disheartening. The room provided was small and in dire need of proper cleaning. To our dismay, makeshift plugs near the bed were arranged using an extension cord, raising safety concerns. The bathroom exhibited a shocking lack of maintenance, with black moss on the ceiling and walls, making us question its cleanliness. Moreover, the windows failed to block out the noise from the busy road, severely impacting our sleep quality.
The beds were noticeably cheap, and the pillows were so thin they offered minimal support. The discomfort was hard to ignore. The sole redeeming factor was the hotel's proximity to the blue subway station and the consistently polite and kind staff.
Regrettably, we cannot overlook the numerous drawbacks during our stay, and it is evident that Ibis Hotel Marseille falls short of the standards expected from a 3-star establishment. In our opinion, it barely lived up to the standards of a budget hostel. We hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and makes necessary improvements to enhance the overall guest experience

Interior of the hotel was dirty. Reception area had a bad smell, I presume from some city suage problem.

The location is conveniently close to Timone station and from there we could get to many places in Marseille. The bed was comfortable.
There were no amenities included in the room price room which gave bad value for money. There is no room service. The towels are worn out.

The hotel is clean and tidy, noise from the street is very well blocked if you are facing it, so it's pretty nice! The staff was super super nice and helpful, we played some nice games in the lobby while waiting for stuff. The breakfast was also good and plenty!
The rooms are on the small size of the spectrum, but its ok, its manageable!

The staff was very friendly, great little restaurant at the hotel for dinner and breakfast close to the metro to reach the city. Room was very small, and very warm , you could open a little window, but was very noisy outside , further it was fine.

The staff was very nice and very welcoming. They suggested areas to visit and restaurants to try. Its a restaurant in the hotel so you can relax there, while you eat and drink. Location was good. The room was clean.
The room was very small and tight. The bathroom was dated and the shower was small as well. The wifi did not work!!! and my room would not get cold. I tried adjusting the thermostat but that didn't work.

Friendly young staff
Old disgusting room. Cigarette burns on the desk and bathroom. Black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and shower joints. Very uncomfortable synthetic linen on old mattress. Heavy scratches on the floor and desk. Light switches half broken...the rooms telephone is so dirty I was scared to put it on my ear...and anyways front desk never replied nor called back.
They have a chain restaurant in the lobby and it smells like oil...
