The staff, specially Ms. Mehwish and Serena, were very friendly and always ready to help with small issues of my group members. We would love to stay here again!

Little variety, quote boring selections.
The family room was very, very small, hardly anyspace to move. When you book a family room you expect to have a bigger room. When you come with one or two children, you are basically on top of eachother.

The room was the perfect size for one. Booked a triple as it ended up being the same price as a double. Location was perfect close to Barking Station.
The receptionist wasn't very helpful when her card machine wasn't working. To buy a drink as they don't take cash. I ended up walking to Tesco to buy my drink.

The property is great in terms of value-for-money in such an expensive city as London. It feels more like student dorms than a hotel but there's nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness or facilities. The room was fairly small for two persons but it serves the purpose of having a good night's sleep. There's no space for a wardrobe or something like that but they could've installed a couple of shelves or clothes hangers on the wall. The bathroom, on the other hand, was spacious. In terms of location, it's far in the east of London, but Barking station is 10-minute walk away, from which you can take the district line directly to central London (ca. 30-minute ride) or an overground train to Stratford station, which is well connected with the many other locations in London including Stansted airport.

Just the location
The smell, the facilities were very poor, they gave us at first a room that was dirty and smelly, then they gave us another room and the key didn’t work. Some of the staff is very rude, not all of them. And I feel like the hotel doesn’t have any security cause everyone can come in.

The ventilation is BAD. All the odors stays inside, you can even fart and the fact will be contained in the room.
I AM NOT JOKING. They need to update their ventilation cause it was a huge PAIN
I even had some cheese flavoured chips and my shoes STILL smell like it. That's not it.
Also, the description was on for the TV the last 2 days, and I could not turn it off

Metro was op 10min afstand lopen, we dachten dat het verder zou zijn.

De ligging was wat acheraf waardoor het er in het donker wat duister aanvoelde. Maar na wat wennen bleek het een veilige buurt te zijn.

Eigenlijk vonden we niks fijn daar. Veel te ver van het centrum. We zijn na 1 nacht, naar een ander hotel gegaan.
Te ver van het centrum, in een afgelegen buurt, waar ook niks te doen was. Op de foto hierboven, staat de kamer mooier en lijkt de kamer groter, dan daadwerkelijk is.

Nice choses for breakfast, the beds were really confy. Has i've been in another Ibis Budget but in France so in comparison of the bathroom, in London we had a very nice bathroom like a non budget hotel would have.
No isolation whatsoever in the window. With the window closed or open the noise was exactly the same. I know it's a budget hotel but at least the rooms on the side of the main circular road should be triple glazed.

Everything was as expected, and perfect value for money.
Location was horrific, if you travel by public transport, we where here for some days and twice the bus broke down and you'd have to get a cab or walk 2 hours. Not the hotels faulth but a rough location to get to for sure

Friendly staff, clean room, not expensive
There was a really bad smell of mold in the corridor. But the worst part was that, while on the streets the temperature was like 17°C, inside the room it was more like 40°C, which made staying in the room the worst part of our trip and really hard to sleep. There was a window that couldn't be open and a fan that couldn't help much.

Room was very small and the bathroom was so messy and dirty ...and there was few hairs in the bed and they was defo not mine as they were black hairs and my hairs brown and the table was dusty next to the beds...had shower and the soap dispense fell on my foot
And staff was just walking around on there phones instead of seeing to customers

I paid for a twin bed room and l was given a double bed disabled room for my friend and I, was not happy sharing a bed !!

Nice sized room, at the back of the hotel so quiet. Staff very welcoming. Location good, walked from station and wasn't too far.
A shame there is no restaurant on site but not really an issue, 15 minute walk either way to Barking or East Ham.

The mattress was uncomfortable.
Unpleasant smell on the corridors. No refreshments (coffee or tea), not even water. Booked and paid for a bigger room but was allocated a small room. Only 1 pillow per person main entrance automatic door broken and shuts on you as you go through.
