Nothing,bed uncomfortable,pillow hard,location dangerous and noisy

As above I could go on,place was so hot,needs revamp!!

Where to start! This is not a hotel. It is more like a building site with work in progress everywhere. The smell of fresh paint in the room was overpowering and the workmanship in the room was worse than shoddy as if done by a child messing about. There were holes in the window netting and the bedsheet. The mattress was an extremely uncomfortable mess of uneven metal springs and the pillows were hard and lumpy and unusable. There were no facilities not even in the room to make a drink. The room had a junk shop table and worn metal chair and beside the bed that was it. The room had a tv but it was not connected to an aerial or other feed. The toilet seat was not attached and I slid off on first use. The shower was dirty. There was no plug in the sink. I could go on but that will have to do. Oh this was advertised on Booking.com as a delux room!!

The hotel was nothing like it was advertised, the beds had stains on them, the mattresses were filthy, the floor was sticky, dirty, grimy shower and sink, mould in the shower, dirty hand towels left in the bathroom, bed sete had white stains all over it, blood on the floor, the tables were sticky and left filthy, the rooms smelt really bad, looked as of the rooms hadn’t been cleaned at all!

Room was warm. Central for Barking.

Too many stairs to climb to reach reception. Cleaners never appeared during my whole stay, had to empty my bin into communal bin by reception, otherwise it would have been overflowing.

The stay at the bank hotel was not to the expectations of when I had done the booking. We faced multiple issues during our stay, No hot shower was available even after informing the reception. There was no kettle kept in the room. The kitchen was supposed to be available for guests but was under renovation which could not be used, This was extremely discomforting as we had carried food to be eaten during the trip.

The rooms were very poor, dirty and stank of smoke. There were burn marks in the tables that looked to be made by cigarettes so I think it’s a common occurrence. Also on exiting my room in the morning the hallway smelt of weed

it was convenient for what we wanted and the staff were lovely

room was super dirty and the toilet was broken for the whole 3 days we were there, one window was broken so we heard all of the loud outside noice but we only needed somewhere to rest our head

The room was clean.

The door to the room barely closed. There was no dead bolt on the door. The neighborhood was very loud, and I listened to at least 3 fights in the street in 1 night. The only parking they had costs £10 a day and you can only park there from 3pm - 9am. I in no way felt safe leaving any personal property in my room.

1st room we were given the bins were over flowing, beds not made up still had dirty sheets etc from previous occupants. 2nd room had had the door kicked in so wasn't secure and it absolutely stank of cannabis. 3rd room we were given had someone asleep in the bed as we opened the door!!!!!!! We explained it wasn't acceptable as we had our 6 year old disabled daughter with us. They assured us if we came back after we'd eaten there would be a room ready for us. Finally got into a room at 8.30pm the beds were clean and made up and we just wanted to sleep. Exposed wiring, un hoovered, stale chips down the side of the bed, towels smelt really strongly of chip fat, bugs in the bathroom, mouldy shower, no hot water, no tea/coffee facilities as advertised. It was absolutely disgusting!!!!!!

Location was great aside from parking conditions

1 towel for 5 days, bathroom was poorly maintained, stains on all sheets, no TV remote until I went to find one, lock on original room was broken, wrong room provided so had to buy another

The room was smelling, bathroom was disgusting, the noise coming from outside was too loud and you can't shut the windows because that was the only ventilation in the room. could not operate the TV because they could not find the remote control.
