Small room shower and sink in room no privacy with family members toilet tiny hitting knees on door no kettle or accessories to make drinks not happy at all breakfast not included also strong smell of paint

Un poco lejos del centro. Pero bien

Estaba limpio y ordenado, tenía lo necesario.

El baño tenía una puerta transparente donde veía todo, para parejas quizás no importe, pero la puerta era transparente también en las habitaciones para grupos.

Was near the bus station and shops and concert venue what we came for

No kettle in the bedroom, no one came to clean the room,

Staff were helpful and cheerful

Breakfast was a bit spartan

The rooms were very comfortable and clean

The television only had audio and no visual and the air conditioner was very loud and screechy

Had an eye infection due to disability and when I checked in I asked how far was the room from the lift due ( how many doors down and direction) to low eyesigh. They asked “why are you needing to know this” even after I explained. Room was dirty was pubic hair in the shower, dirt and debris back of the bed. Also reminded me of a private hospital room. 100% no different than a bupa hospital abroad. Definitely was the original design or perhaps future use? Either pretty strange. Next day I asked about borrowing a phone charger or where to buy. Again was greeted with a face of shock and disappointment. They didn’t seem to want to help and all And was made to feel really small and uncomfortable. So different from the ibis Portland street.
