Готель розташоований у чудовому місці, прекрасний персонал. Наш номер на два ліжка був зручним, охайним у ньому булов все що необхідно. Поки ще не було оплення підключено, нам на запит надали додатково ковдри та халати. Ми залишились задоволені.

Якби були з валізами, то не зручно без ліфту, він є але не всюди є до нього доступ.

The Junior Suite is quite spacious, the bed was comfortable.

The TVs are very difficult to use! Some access points require passwords, although the access is not pay-per-view, such as YouTube, which is silly. The controls are almost impossible to understand, and calling the staff every time a TV needs to get up and running is ridiculous. This is a persistent problem at this hotel. Also, the room was quite cold, the thermostats did not appear to be working, the least the staff can do is heat up the room to normal temperature since the room was booked in advance.

Clean, quite expansive suite, well decorated.

The room was NOT pre-heated, the hotel itself is not heated overall, there are individual heaters in the rooms, but they were obviously turned on late, so it was quite cold. Also, for some strange reason, the TVs were encoded to use, which makes no sense. A "minus" for the staff in their preparing the room.

Great location. Our lights, TV didnt work. We didn't have even a small bottle of water in our room. The minibar was empty and we couldn't go out to buy water after curfew. We were ok with this because we stayed here during the war, after all. The reception girl in the morning was much nicer in the morning and let us have a late check out due to all the problems. We loved the balcony :)

the location, it’s proximity to café, restaurants and public transport.

nice rooms and good location. average breakfast not brought up the room if wanted.

had to change rooms first night, the original room wall facing the street is step away from tram rail that is insanely load and only shuts off for few hours. when you look at the front street hotel shot from booking profile - those rail is not there! you could also smell cigarettes from hallway when its not allowed. backyard rooms are fine. restaurant shuts down 8 pm or smth, no food available in hotel than.
