Location was nice. On the top floor there is a restaurant with live music and good view.

The command of English could be better at the reception but it is normal for Sumatra.

Food was excellent!

Room was big & clean.

A/c is not too cool. Pls upgrade reception staff bcs chckin is not to smooth. Late 1 hour to checkin my room is not available yet.

I think the best hotel in Padang after changing 4 hotel highly recommended in everything

Breakfast was good but not enough varieties on westerner food

The room is too small we can hardly move comfortably. Wardrobe is too small. No ironing equipment. Air conditioner is blowing air directly to our face this make me ill should change the position air blowing toward feet rather Not enough hooks in bath room to hang tower, wet clothes etc… No international electric adaptor.

Very nice view of the entire city. Good gym.

Hotel is in two towers connected via the lobby. Not a big issue but if your room is on one side and the swimming pool/gym on the other than you have to go through the lobby in you gym clothes. Can be awkward when there is some formal function and everyone else is in suits :)

Very good location. Great skypool…new updated facilities. Super clean and modern hotel in Padang. Rooms are fresh and comfortable. TV with lots of good channels. Everything is shinning here. Best quality hotel in Padang by far. Room Service menu is good.

Maybe breakfast need a bit of improvement…Like more varieties of breads….cheeses and charcuterie….also fresh natural fruit juices would be appreciated.
