Need to upgrade the mattress

Both the accomodationn and hosts were great. The apartment is well equipped and and really nicely decorated. It is a splendid place to explore Tel Aviv.

We liked: -the friendly hosts who expected us and who were very responsive. Also, we appreciated the instructions they gave us and the welcoming gift they prepared for us, - the location of the apartment, close to the Marina, in an area with enough bars and restaurants, - the fact that it was a big apartment and the decoration of it, -the big terrace of the apartment.

We didn't like the fact that there was strong sewer smell coming from the bathrooms and that we didn't have a proper blanket on the bed.

The apartment is a work of art in itself. It's well equipped, beautifully decorated with impeccable taste that perfectly reflects the quirky atmosphere of the surrounding quarter. Its location is in the middle of the youthful and vibrant Florentin quarter with lots of Cafés and bars. The hosts are a lovely couple that maintain and design the apartment with love and attention to detail. A perfect place to explore Tel Aviv or just to relax on the beautiful balcony.

Great hosts and very welcoming. Nice apartment and even though the street area outside does not seem to be the best we always felt safe. Nice apartment, it has a full bed and a full bath upstairs and a living room with kitchen and toilet room downstairs .Host's recommended a great pizza place nearby. Would normally not eat pizza in Tel Aviv but since all other restaurants were closed ended up here and it was a great choice . The Pistacho Pizza was incredible!!

Bed was little low but comfy.

We had a lovely time in this tastefully decorated, very comfortable and modern apartment. The location was perfect for our needs and the owners made it very easy for us to get the keys and settle in. The apartment is in very good condition and there were many small details (like coffee, tea, sweets, pillow, a place to store luggage even after check-out) that made this stay just perfect.

EVERYTHING was amazing. The nice owner met us and showed us everything. Then we just enjoyed the apartment all the time and didn't want to go out on the street 😂The little things and details in the apartment are selected fantastically. Cozy, clean, cool balcony. The location is also super. We was very enjoyed and really want to stay here on our next visit

The location is not in the centre but is to 20 minutes walking to the beach, there are some restaurants and coffees around, the decoration of the home is the best and the hosts.

They have a solar system to warm the water, doesn´t work very well but you can switch on the electrical machine so it is not a big problem.

It was beautifully organized and decorated - particularly liked that it has a balcony towards the backyard. the owners clearly care about the upkeep of their property.

Lovely apartment with gracious hosts. Very comfortable stay.

The Florentin neighborhood is not my favorite area of Tel Aviv but some may enjoy its quirky vibe.

Location in central Florentin, the cleanliness of the place, and the friendliness of the hosts (they spoke English, too, which we're grateful for).

The bathrooms have a distinct sewage smell, the shower has low water pressure and (initially temperature), and the apartment is damp. The mattress lies on a wooden board instead of slats (makes it firmer). The balcony is quite bare and lit by a bright white spotlight all night. The apartment (and the house) is very clairaudient, and there are all sorts of noise day and night, from cooing pigeons to barking dogs, from people walking and shouting in the hallways to restaurants moving their furniture after 4:00 AM, from hammering and clunking to construction work and alarms going off and staying on for many minutes. The apartment's two large windows were "bricked up" (probably to avoid heat from coming in), and we would have enjoyed a brighter place.

We love the appartement and enjoyed our stay. It is well-located, spacious, warm and with a balcony. We had good sleep thanks to the cozy bed and the calm. Check-in/out was easy and smooth. The hosts are really kind and friendly :) Thank you very much!

It felt just like being home. The whole apartment is really "Inspirational" with a lot of art books and paintings to look at. The Terasse, even so I could not really use it due to bad weather. I had a perfect stay and Smadar and Chaim ( the landlord and landlady) are really making you feel welcome.

The appartment was lovely! Every where you look there is something beautiful to see. Amazing area with lots of things to see and do. Very sweet hosts.

After a warm welcome of Chaim I experienced a wonderful relaxing time in Tel Aviv. The entire Florentina area is 'inspirational'. I'm not surprised about the name of the apartment. Smadar did a great job to make you feel 'home' immediately. All other area's of Tel Aviv are in walking distance (Old Jaffa, Old Port, Rotschild Blvd,....). CU soon again !

The apartment is very well decorated, spacious, and has anything you can think of. Just bring your suitcases and the rest will be provided. The hosts are super friendly, and the surrounding neighbourhood is posh and vivid. Great apartment, great location, great hosts. Absolutely top-notch for a couple that who love their comfort and want to see Tel-Aviv. Oh, and it's better than the photos!

The Apartment is amazing and has perfect disign and dscoration. All is clean and fully equipped. Chaim as a host was super nice and super attentive and communicative. I filled myself as I stay with my frieds' home. If I would like to live in Tel-Aviv I will take this Apartment only. The best location in Florentin and you can fill youself as at home and the best value for money. It takes some minutes only go to the Beach of Rothschild Boulevard or Neve Tzedek district. So, thanks a lot to Chaim&Smadar for your hospitality.

The apartment was beautifully designed and every little detail had been thought about. The owners are very warm and pleasent and were available for anything we needed. Would highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this new apartment and we would surely stay here again. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. They had treats, fruits, and beverages for us to enjoy during our stay. It is centrally located and there are many nice bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. An added bonus: there is beautiful artwork throughout the apartment.

The bed was very hard and the shower is quite small, but neither would prevent me from staying there again.
