I must say that Klaudio was our savior on our first evening, when we had a little mishap with a taxi dropping us at the wrong place, He was good enough to come out looking for us and taking us back to the hotel. in fact so was his assistant, she suggested some good restaurants and also gave us some good advice about places to visit, in all it was a pleasant experience, except for the continuous rain that was no fault of the hosts

On the plus side the receptionist was cheerful and friendly, the room was clean and the bed comfortable, the WIFI was fast and error-free, and there was plenty of parking available.

We had some issues. First they put us into a unit with no ocean view when the booking.com description said it included an ocean view - I complained and they moved us to a different unit with a limited ocean view. Then the TV did not work. And the pool was unheated which disappointed my wife who was looking forward to a swim.

Price-quality wise easily the best hotel. Klaudio is a very professional owner. In addition, he is very helpful and caring towards his guest . The quality of the rooms is exceptional and good value . Excellent breakfast is offered on the top floor. Rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels are always provided. My highly recommend.

Coat hooks in the room would have been a bonus, damp coats - no where to put them. Own transport is a plus as the property is a good walk from the old town but worth it for all other great aspects.

Excellent breakfast - there is an "egg station" where you can order freshly made egg (scrambled, fried, etc.). Very clean rooms and common areas (which are cleaned daily). The pool was big enough to swim a few laps, and there were always available chairs for sunbathing. Also the staff and Klaudio were super friendly!

On foot the hotel is a little far from the "old town" and the road to the city (Tesla street) doesn't have a sidewalk all the way. But I think for other people travelling by car, the location was good. Also the wifi could have been a little better, it was not possible to watch video streams without constant buffering.

The hotel was really nice and the owner and staff were amazing. The breakfast was high quality with lots of choices and eggs cooked to your liking. The pool area is lovely and relaxing and rooms were super comfortable!

Beautiful villa and fantastic view at breakfast, you can see down into the old town. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I really like that it had carpets. normally when you go to a hot country in Europe all the floors are tiled and I much preferred the carpet they had. Made it feel homely

The only issue I had was that the wifi in the main building basically didn’t work for me at all. In the builder where you have breakfast it was perfect but not in the one with the reception. It was slightly too far to walk from town, getting taxis everywhere got expensive

Everything! From the moment we stepped through the door, Klaudio made us feel more than welcome. The room itself was a great size and very modern. The bed was lovely and comfy. Our room had a balcony which we loved to sit on and enjoy the sun. The swimming pool is a great facility to have and we loved using it each day. The breakfast is second to none - there are so many options available and the view from the breakfast room is amazing! The hotel itself is slightly out from the Old Town, less than a ten minute drive, but with Uber there was no problem getting in and out each day.

We had a very warm welcome from Klaudio, he showed us around the room and was always available throughout our stay if we needed anything. We stayed in the superior double room and it exceeded our expectations. It felt like the room had been newly renovated - there was a very soft carpet and the beds were so comfy. There was a wrap around balcony with sun loungers for our use and we even had a sea view! The breakfast was fantastic every day with lots of choice and eggs cooked to your liking on request. The pool area was clean and well tended. There was just nothing to dislike about the whole of the accommodation. Klaudio and his family were amazing.

The room was super, It was newly furbished, the ac was really nice, we also had a balcony which had a view to the pool. For a Villa, the fact that it had a breakfast option was amazing, additionally the breakfast was diverse and tasty, also the view from the breakfast room was nice. The staff is super friendly and polite, the owner helped us get some insights about what we could see and do within the Zadar area and overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The soundproofing of the room is not the best but also not a problem. The area is quite quiet. The breakfast room is in the building in front of the villa(this is more of an FYI) but not necessarilly an issue. If you are travelling without a car, it might be a bit far away frim the city center, so it would be good to think about public transportation or rentals.
