Gentillesse du personnel, ils nous ont même upgradé car ils n’avaient plus de lit double disponible dans notre catégorie de chambre. la piscine et le bar (cocktails excellents) sont incroyables avec une vue sur la cathédrale juste impressionnante, espaces dont on a pu profiter même après le checkout !

Petit bemol, nous avions la chambre juste en-dessous de la terrasse et le personnel a déplacé le mobilier de la terrasse des 8-9 heures du matin sans trop prêter attention au bruit qu’ils pouvaient faire

-) The staff is amazing and they made sure that your stay is incredible! They do everything to make you feel comfortable and to have a perfect stay! It was a pleasure being hosted in such a professional and friendly way. -) The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. It is in the most beautiful area of Cadiz and you will have a stunning view from their rooftop. -) The room itself was a highlight. They have a smarthome integration in the room, so it is very easy to pair your phone with the soundsystem/TV on your room. -) The room and the hotel was super clean!

The rooftop itself was a bit noisy as they have a maintenance facility room up there but that didn’t bother us. We had a kind of small issue/smell in the room. The kitchen smell from the neighbors restaurant came into our room from time to time; the staff immediately helped us and was so super friendly with their support.

Nada en particular. Si les recomendaría que hicieran la entrada la alojamiento un poco más acogedora. Así como la tiene no es bonita ni le hace honor al hotel

Todo en este hotel ha sido perfecto, desde la ubicación en la misma plaza de la catedral, la habitación también ha sido estupenda está todo muy nuevo y cuidados los detalles. El personal amable a más no poder desde la chica que me atendió en recepción hasta el personal que trabajaba por allí . La terraza en la planta superior nos encantó también por sus vistas a la ciudad ,tomarte alli algo es sencillamente espectacular. Y por último el desayuno en el restaurante no es tipo bufet sino a la carta, sinceramente de los mejores que me he encontrado. Repetiría sin dudarlo

La decoración e iluminación de la habitación es muy bonita, aunque un poco de más luz en el baño le vendría muy bien
