In the literature we read it said breakfast was included in the room rate. It wasnot. We tried the dinner it was expensive and the portions were small.

The staff were lovely, nothing was too much The room was clean and tidy , the beds were really comfortable so had a good night sleep. The hotel is on the sea front so not far to go to beach and shops. The hotel had free parking which is always good, would definitely stay again The food in the pub was also lovely and you didn't have to wait long after ordering so thank you to the chef 😁

The location, and the room was lovely, very spacious and comfortable, everything we needed, great view overlooking the sea. Great to have free parking, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

First impressions of the building was it needed a lick of paint. The shower in the bathroom definitely needs updating. Outside of our bedroom window was full of rubbish.

Staff lovely and helpful. Room was huge. Bed large and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and shower was lovely. Fan provided was very quiet. Our windows overlooked the roof and could hear the generator overnight coming on and off but it wasn't noisy.

No proper plugs at the sides of the bed to charge phone, bedside lamps plugs were like shaver plugs and the lamps were huge and bright - felt unnecessary with the wall lights aswell. TV felt very unsturdy on it's wall attachment. Red mould on the shower head. Cleaner really noisy at 7.30 in the morning, sounded like they were moving furniture. The door between reception and the bar and the side entrance between bar and car park were unlocked/locked at random inconsistent times. Responses to emails were more than 24hrs later and some after I had already checked out. Outside of building could do with a bit of love.

ran down cobwebs every where, one of the bed side lamps didn't work, the bathroom had old very old dirt all on the tiles and the soap dispenser, no top to the cold tap, carpet was covered in bits.
