Not clean. Hair on sheets, pillow case turning yellowish, shared toilet in dire state, completely neglected and often no toilet paper

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy, and ample space in the family room.

bathrooms could potentially do with an upgrade, might be in progress, as there was some work being done to the place. an additional female shower with lock on bathroom door would be an added benefit. There was one bathroom that included shower, toilet, vanity which locked, and this was fine. But other female toilet/bath, the bath door didn't lock. (toilets were fine). Next to busy highway, so noisy traffic through the night, (earplugs helped!)

Comfy bed, good sized room, really close to qudos bank arena

not very accessible for people with mobility issues. even the accessible entrance has stairs.

Friendly, helpful service. A very nice Chinese meal at the bistro. Shared kitchen with microwave. Bar noise not too loud upstairs.

Street noise was loud at times e.g. trucks, sirens.

The room was nice, it had a fridge & smart tv. The USB PowerPoints were a nice touch. it was also nice to have an iron & ironing board. There was a kitchen for residents with a microwave, kettle, sink & large table for eating meals. Thete were also 2 coin operated washing machines.

The property is on a very busy intersection & road. Constant traffic all night meant no sleep. Even wearing my noise cancelling headphones made no difference. I also found the lack of bathroom facilities for women annoying. There is one toilet, one sink & one shower all in the same room. So if one is in use, no one else can get it? I had to go downstairs to use pub bathroom twice. Men have a better set up, they get at least 6 options all with different doors. No wifi upstairs. Given access to the ‘secure’ pub Wi-Fi but my phone advised not to use. Some reviews mentioned a free drink on check-in but I didn’t get that either?

Abolution block - mirror not aligned to hand basin, unable to use one shower as door did not allow entry (hinged the wrong way).

ac didn’t work - was a very hot night too

they over book and want us to pay more for other room plus want to charge cancelation fee. according to the manager they don’t have staff to clean the room.
