Location is good, very nice and friendly staff, clean rooms

Music form the clubs next to the hotel was pretty loud, especially Thursday - Sunday, the parties were up to 6AM.

Andreas is great and funny guy. Its right next to clubs, so if you go for clubbing its perfect. Alot of tourist in July.

Its not soundproof.

Cooker wasn’t working, paid A/C even though he told us it was for free

I didn't like anything about this place. It was absolutely filthy - from the bathroom which had mould and soap scum in the shower and bath, to the coffee mugs and spoons which hadn't been cleaned/dirty from the last people in here, the outside patio even still had old balloons tied up there from previous occupants - like even the basic cleanliness wasn't there. I also then found insects in my bed. If I had somewhere else to go I would've left, it was just filthy. I've included photos so you can see some of what it was like.

In addition to the above, this property advertises air-conditioning as included but what they mean by 'included' is that the air conditioner is in your room. They want you to pay about 8 euros a day to use it. It is really clearly advertised on Booking.com as an included service (and does not say additional charge - attached photos). When I showed the owners this when they tried to charge they told me I was calling them liars and that they had phoned Booking.com and Booking.com had said that wasn't the case - I then kept showing them exactly where it said it on Booking.com (as well as the policies page on Booking.com that did not specify air conditioning was charged) and they kept putting their hand up in my face saying "we're not interested" - absolutely appalling. They ended up giving me air conditioning for free but would knock on my door the day after to tell me again 'they weren't liars' - no one said you were, but you can't advertise something and not provide it.

This was my second time staying here. People are very kind, and rooms are clean. Some rooms are new, others are older, but both nice. Location is downtown, so very close to the party street. Also, bus stop is 5 min away. Depending on months, you can hear/not hear the night life noise. Anyway, I would highly recommend this accommodation.

We loved the hosts! They were very friendly and hospitable. The room and the amenities were good value for money. Very comfortable. Close to the main strip in Ayia Napa and the beach.

The only things we did not like about the property is that they were close to a couple of nightclubs so the noise levels late at night/early morning were very loud. Also there were a lot of young people staying who liked to party so there was lots of noise coming from them during the evening/early morning
