Doors are locked after midnight. They said it was for safety's mathers. But after knocking the door there was always a person to help you out.

The room description of my room on booking.com was misleading. It showed pictures of a view from my room to the main square of the city, but when I arrived at the hotel I had to push to get that type of room.

its an old hotel in the center of old and classic pucallpa

i was looking for a hot bath and thats why i got this hotel, the bath never happened because they didnt have hot water at all not even after changing our room twice, the internet was bad and the facilites where not taken care at all the breakfast was really basic and weird.

I think this is the best hotel in the city, located at plaza de arma Pucallpa there are a lot of restaurants just next to the hotel..its close to the river beach as well. The room and bathroom is very neat and clean, the hot water running perfectly, the wifi is good.

AC seems to be set only on 10 minutes and it will of and we need to turn that on again...the bed not really comfy for me

the staff were not helpful. breakfast was horrible. lots of noises from the street. lots of ants. shower was extremely weak.

Location! The A/C was very good! Bring a blanket. There is only a sheet on the bed.

I was supposed to get an upgrade and I paid for it. I did not get it. Because I got an email stating that I will have a sitting area a sofa but just got a bed with an old mattress that you can feel the metal inside and a desk and a chair.
