Very clean and well maintained, staff are nice and friendly.

Mouldy smell coming from bathroom, and after every shower bathroom floor becomes very wet.

Customer service was amazing! Staff were so friendly and even upgraded our room. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was spotless and super compfy. Cant wait to stay again.

The hotel room has been exceptional. There was everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. We appreciate the free parking available to us. There was a variety of drinks and some snacks available which we did not use but were happy to see in the room. There is a pub next door and a shopping centre just around the corner. The hairdryer did not work. This was no issue as we had our own. We did inform the reception and believe it had been taken care of for the following guests.

We did not like our neighbours talking very loudly and slamming their door while going out for cigarettes after midnight several times. This is the disadvantage of using a hotel overall but we wanted to put this out here too. As we were on the first floor and this noise clearly would have to be heard by the receptionist too, we would have appreciated it if the staff would had spoken to the noisy guests rather than us who had to ask the intoxicated neighbours to turn it down.

Check in was easy, arrived a little early and was able to check in, very much appreciated.
