The property was super clean and handy to everything info about minibar would be good though prices etc

The bed was amazingly comfortable as well as the pillows, such a convenient area to stay in.

They charged me $15 for a bottle of still water then stopped responding when I wanted to dispute. Don’t check in to your room without staff present or who knows what minibar charges you will cop. Disappointing.

I love the ease of checking in, the ease of parking, the room are very comfortable and lush. The styling is cosy and the linen / sheets etc were super soft and luxuries

I don’t like that’s the windows don’t open. I struggle to sleep without fresh air. The bottle water in the fridge was complimentary ( which is great of course ) but there was not signage to let me know… as it is stored with the mini bar it would appear not to be ‘free’.

The location for this trip was great. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Rydges Fortitude Valley was one of the best places i've stayed in a while. When i was searching, it was a lot cheaper than other hotels in the area so i wasn't expecting such a great experience. Staff are lovely; rooms are clean and modern; and location was spot on. I had issues with the noise in my room because work was being conducted on the roof and straight away i was offered a suite better than mine. Whilst i didn't take it, i appreciated the excellent customer service. I will now always stay here when I'm travelling to Brisbane. Thank you

Took an age to check in. Front desk staff seemed to have no clue. We missed the full room service option for this reason. Couldn't get the TV chromecast to work.

Super Comfortable bed, close to function I was attending so didn't need to use the car, close to a variety of food options as well as the restaurant attached to Rydges.

TV was a bit difficult to work out, would of loved to be able to watch footy, but able to do that at the pub across the road, so not a big issue.

hot in room and hotel corridors. crusty stains on occasional chairs which looked like human fluids. pillows uncomfortable

Very comfy bed and linen! Staff were really friendly and easy going, room was clean. Area was surprisingly quite quiet (weekend) and parking was great!

No robes 😞 breakfast buffet wasn’t the best I’ve had by any means so I probably wouldn’t include this next time

Good pool and gym. location. Bathroom and Thank You brand toiletries were great.

lift was broken the whole time we were there. no freezer in the fridge. Had to empty the fridge of all the mini bar products to use it.

it was conveniently located for what we needed, it was a clean modern room with comfortable bedding and amenities.

Bed was SUPER comfortable, clean, great shower. It was close to transport, variety of dining places, venue. Good parking.

The telephone wasn’t working staff couldn’t hear us and we couldn’t connect Wi-Fi to view movies on iPhone it was connecting to a different room number
