The rooms were lovely the food was amazing the staff were really helpful I will definitely visit again

It was peaceful, very comfortable and the rooms could accessed without going into the pub which meant that coming back at 1am from a wedding wasn't an issue, hosts were absolutely amazing, made the room ready early and we're really helpful and accommodating, I would 100% book again.

No screening between the door and the bed so if it's open for air people walking past can see in, but it's a very minor detail

The menu and the food for evening meal was good, and the wait staff accommodating and friendly.

The room was quite shabby (without the chic!), and dark, due to shrubs growing over the windows. The room also lacked attention to detail - i.e. cleaning behind the furniture. The bathroom looked grubby (although as clean as it could be) due to the black mould stains on the bath tiles, and the water marks and damage to the walls. The bathroom carpet and rug were really worn and grubby looking. The front door of the pub still displayed last years Christmas decorations, and the grounds were unkempt - full ashtrays on the garden tables, rubbish not collected etc. The mattress, like the decor was really tired, the pillows likewise, and the duvet didn't quite fit the bed. Would also have appreciated knowing about opening times (due to covid) earlier than the day before arrival.

Was clean, staff was excellent and food was very good, And made fill welcome.

The room was ok, a little dark and gloomy. Breakfast for a takeaway was acceptable with good coffee. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

The lighting, the blind needed repairing and there was little room to put stuff down.

Location was beautiful, absolutely lovely set up here

Shower could of been a bit better was a bit like a trickle

There was no internet and the location was pretty interior.

Shame no hot breakfast bec of coronavirus but I enjoy cold breakfast that was lovely 👍and room is tiny I like that easy tidy up lol 👍

No complain at all

The staff in the bar/ restaurant were great. The food was really good. Bed was really comfy

I was a little disappointed that we weren’t told the place wasn’t open till 6 pm, as that would have altered our plans, and timings for the day. The room was basic, shower wasn’t a power shower. Room was a little tired.

Food was fantastic, 5*

Room had to much pine and wood, needed to be modernised!!

Our next door neighbor playing loud music at 07.00 in the morning and the breakfast was poor no cooked breakfast.
