Geen thee/koffie suiker melk op de kamer, alltijd naar de receptie met een bonnetje om daar koffie te halen. (Van 10naar 3 hoog). In de nacht niemand aanwezig. Ontbijt ruimte erg klein en karig Europees ontbijt

A location, it's just the right at Kyoto station!

the size of the room. I know it has all the necessary iquipment, but I wish the room could be another a half square metres bigger.

Location was superb. Less than 5mins walk from Kyoto station, you could literally see the hotel after alighting at the Shinkansen platform.

Hotel didn’t provide water for us.

The location was unbeatable, with 7/11 around the corner and the station across the street. In the evenings, it was really quiet, too. Also, the checkout was really easy, as expected with Ibis, and I could leave my luggage there for the day, before leaving the city.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Also, the room is quite small, so you can't keep a suitcase open anywhere. You have to fully unpack.

施設設備の面で部屋の照明が私には暗かった テレビの画面も暗くて見づらかった、せっかく日本シリーズがあっていたのに残念でした。調整を試みましたができない仕様のようでした

We were requested to register in the Accord hotel before we can offer a cup of coffee? It is not necessary at all.

Room size very small but for sleeping so it's ok.

Best location, right in front of Kyoto station so transport is easy but there’re also lots of restaurants and shops in the station. Many buses depart around Kyoto station too so it’s very convenient. Laundry facilities were handy and easy to operate, and the vending machines there were also good when I didn’t feel like ducking out to the grocery store. The buffet breakfast was decent, not a lot of vegetarian options but I enjoyed the rice porridge with vegetables and pickles.

central location was exceptional, just a crosswalk across Kyoto Station which can be used for majority of the transportation. staff was kind in trying to assist us with some wifi issues we faced, very good value for money and relatively spacious room

the room was quite very dusty causing some allergies, bed might be quite very soft for some people though that is a personal preference, wifi had connectivity issues in the last two days which caused us to be unable to use wifi, otherwise very nice
