部屋に案内して頂く時の静けさが「んっ」って 思います アメニティがもう少し揃ってたらよかった バスにお湯を張る時に髪の毛が落ちていた 枕が柔らか過ぎた

I love that the hotel is located right IN the train station which makes it super convenient when sightseeing. There are also so many places to eat and shop within the station so that’s also another convenience. We stayed at this hotel the last time we were in Kyoto and loved it so I didn’t even consider staying at another hotel this time. The rooms were so roomy, unlike other hotels we’ve stayed at anywhere we’ve traveled to. The whole experience is very classy. Staff is wonderful, rooms are exceptional, and the location is super convenient. I always recommend this hotel to friends and family and will continue to do so! Thank you Hotel Granvia Kyoto for a wonderful stay in Kyoto!!!

Its an absolute gem! The rooms are luxurious and comfortable, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Kyoto. Plus, the hotel's amenities are top-notch, from the elegant lobby to the relaxing spa. And the location couldn't be better – right next to Kyoto Station, making it super convenient to get around the city. It's definitely a standout choice for a memorable stay in Kyoto.

駅近のため、外国人観光客がすごく多かったけど、皆マナーが良かった

禁煙ルームを選択しましたが、なるべく喫煙所に近いところの部屋という希望をすればよかった

部屋がモダンで、清潔感もあり快適でした。 新幹線からのアクセスも簡単でとても便利でした。

ホテル従業員の皆様の明るい応対やスマ―トな応対に感心染ました❗️特にコンシェルジュやポ―タ―。

お部屋のトイレットペーパ―の心棒が外れて落ちてしまいました。 取り付け場所が遠いかな？。

The location was great. Beds are comfortable and staff are friendly. They let us store our bags early before the 3pm check in which was very nice.

Rooms are a little dated. The pool is over 18 so if booking as a family with kids I don’t recommend. There is extra cost for pool as well. It’s not advertised well in booking.com that pool is over 18’s. I was very disappointed as the reason I booked the hotel was for the pool.

Very convenient situation, close to everything, very helpful staff.

We ended up on a smelly smoking floor. Make sure that you verify at check-in that your room, and the entire floor, is non-smoking !!

位置真的很方便~京都車站共構~也就是樓上，真的交通位置無可挑剔~太方便了

也是因為車站旁~有新幹線、有鐵道、有地鐵、24小時會有列車經過~若在意有點噪音的請注意~即使已經在11層高樓都還是有平面鐵道列車經過噪音

Fantabulous. The location is 100/10. Straight into Hotel in Kyoto station. Taking trains to Tokyo Hiroshima Osaka was a cakewalk. Stayed for 4 nights.

昨年に引き続きの春の京都旅でしたが、ホテルのスタッフのサービスは変わらず、最高でした。昨年は母のバースデーで、今年は息子の高校合格祝い。 いつも、嬉しいお祝いの傍らに、グランヴィアがいます。プレゼントのサプライズも、嬉しい。
