I made a crib reservation one day before my check in. But there was no crib BECAUSE ITS ONLY UNTIL 10pm!! and I arrived 10:30 pm with my daughter! that’s make any sense to me.

The staff are the best thing about the hotel. They all seem happy about their job and are eager to help. Love them! Convenient location. Loved the innovative use of WhatsApp to make room service, printing and other requests

The beds could be more comfortable.

The staff was extremely friendly, helped us out as we were not familiar with the area. Clean property, food was very good.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

the staff is nice and helpfull. the room was clean every two days, but this was ok for me. The outside area is pleasant. The food is good.

The wi-fi is weak outside and in the swimming pool. The rooms facing the road are extremely noisy because the traffic is intense. The whole night you hear noises like turning on buttons (like automatic noises).

Staff tries to obtain personal information and created problem for coworker during check-in and getting a refund. They also stated to them that the reservation on booking.com was not respected and that a separate reservation would need to be made when guest arrived at front desk.
