Tinha o ar condicionado com a paleta quebrada que o vento veio tudo em cima. Sempre tem algum problema com ar condicionado

Em geral, é um bom hotel. Mas, pelo preço esperava um apartamento e uma cama mais confortável.

Elevador congestionado, com tempo de espera considerável, checkin demorado (o aplicativo não estava funcionando).

Excelente acomodação! Instalações novas, quartos amplos e limpos, área de lazer muito boa! Café da manhã delicioso, com muitas variedades! Funcionários muito educados e cordiais!

A garagem é muito ruim, não tem manobrista, demorei um pouco para achar a entrada. O check in demorou muito. Esperava mais do hotel pelo preço que paguei.

Outlet was 220v and they didnt have US connector like other hotels but really not their problem.

The view was pretty, the room doesn't feel cramped. It was pretty nice to wake up there. The staff was certainly the best part, I felt welcomed.

They changed how the breakfast works, which was completely different from the pictures displayed here. Should be updated to ensure nobody will also feel fooled. The TV was quite buggy, I logged in on my Netflix and I couldn't logout. The video once starts playing you can't stop it unless you go back. Probably just an outdated version. The AC seemed a bit dirty and I feel like I can blame it for my sore throat I'm dealing with since the night I slept there. Despite that the whole room is perfectly clean.

The location in the hotel zone is suberb. Everything is in nearby distance such as the TV tower, the stadium and the museums. I liked that the parking lots were included without further cost. Also the room was quite spacious and always clean. Furthermore the breakfast was really good and I liked that they had single seating spaces for single guests with "available" and "occupied" cards which makes it easy to figure out which tables were already taken and which ones were free.

There is barely anything that I can say. At the beginning the information about the private parking lot was not provided so I had to search my way there but it was not a problem. It is a bit strange that the entrance to the parking lot is blocked with a traffic cone and the parking guard sitting like 50m away which means that if you want to enter, you mostly need to put the cone away yourself because the guard often does not notice that there is a car coming in. The remote control for the TV didn't properly work on the distance from my bed to the TV which it normally should...

The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept! location was also very good

Rooms are modern and comfortable. Staff attentive and courteous.

Restaurant is rather limited in its cuisine and wine selection. Store in hotel sells souvenirs and bric-a- brac, but not essential supplies for travelers or small food items. A large shopping center is across the street but the traffic can be daunting and going for a small item inconvenient.

Very nice hotel close to two shopping centres with lots of bars and restaurants. The room was larger than average and well equiped. There was a very good selection of food at breakfast which was continually being replenished. Staff were friendly and efficient.

There was no real bar in this hotel but it wasn't a problem as the shopping centre with bars and restaurants was just across the road.
