We loved this hotel! Champagne on arrival, a comfortable bed, amazing bathroom, great location for restaurants at night and close to all the Comedy Festival action. An early morning swim and steam room topped it all off - fantastic quick getaway!

The breakfast buffet was not fantastic.... stick to options that are not hot.

The pool was lovely & the room size was great. There was a young man named Oscar who assisted with luggage at arrival & departure. He even assisted with decorated room. Oscar was so lovely & well man for a young 18yo

We paid for a city view room & had a building across from us - paid extra for nothing. There is a jet spa attached to the pool but not hot, maybe look at changing that to have it heated.

Booked one night as I was attending an event near by along side my sister and niece. We booked a 2 double bed room which was very spacious for the three of us. Room was very clean and bathrooms very spacious with all amenities provided. We were on the 10th floor and the views were lovely of the garden and the MCG. We also booked in our car at the valet and the staff were extremely helpful. At check-in the young man at the counter was very helpful and explained all the facilities. Although we only stayed one night, we had a very comfortable stay, the hotel was in a perfect location close to the event we were attending, plus lots of cafes and transport facilities close by. I would definitely book again.

Paying more than A$500 a night for a room I expected more. Breakfast was ordinary. Best cafes within 30m out on Bourke St. The rooftop bar only opens on weekends. The main bar was shut for a function, & no other choices to go out on to the neighbouring streets. If you have a car, the hotel does not have parking.

Extremely clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient location.

I felt the $15 credit card surcharge was a bit excessive.

Room service took 2 hours. Staff were unhelpful finding booking and insisted on booking a room for twice the price I had booked

Room: The room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. Location: The location of the hotel is phantastic with most of CBD in walking distance and Tram station just opposite Staff: Superfriendly and efficient. Really great. Parking: Very attractive parking offer with multiple entries in the garage right opposite at 36 AUD per day (incl. overnight). That is the cheapest I could find in the entire CBD. Tip: Weekend charge is 10 AUD per day with rollover at 4am. Hence overnight parking is 20 AUD. So if only overnight parking, cheaper to discontinue the hotel ticket and pay directly at the garage (again, provided no multiple entries).

Shower: The shower design is not very effective. There is no cabin, but only a screen. At the same time the shower is at bathroom floor level. As a consequence the water runs out of the shower area. We needed to use towels to block the water from spilling onto the bathroom floor. Not a drama, but inconvenient. Breakfast: We only used it at the last day. It was ok, but as in all hotels, outpriced unless you really eat lavishly.

Location was good.

Poor room service. Poor cleaning services. Very basic rooms and amenities. They are charging premium prices for an economy hotel. Room sold as "city view" looked directly in to the empty building next door.

Staff were friendly and very accomodating to all demands.

Mess in coffee area from previous stay. As well as after requesting a cot for our daughter we had to wait in our room for a few hours for someone to bring on up preventing her from being able to sleep. When they did the cot was extremely small and she ended up having to sleep with us. She is also quite petite for her age so wasn’t sure why it was so small for an infant.

Uncomfortable pillows that I should just have notified staff about. They promised to provide softer ones on my next stay.

Room was great and probably one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept in a hotel. Chocolates on arrival and two little water bottles provided each day, perfect for taking along with outings. Room was very spacious and with a lovely bathroom. Even provided toothbrushes, hair-comb along with the usual stuff like soap, shampoo and body wash etc. Staff were all great too. Super friendly Reception and Kitchen staff.

Small miss was that the bathtub didn't have anything provided to put in it except the water. But ended up easily fixed as just bought some bath salt from Chemist Wearhouse nearby to use for the stay.

The sheets didn’t fit the bed which meant our feet were on the mattress which was unhygienic. We paid extra for a city view and looked out to 2 buildings and air conditioning (if you don’t have a view, that’s fine but don’t say you do).

Clean in all aspects. Great indoor pool. Room sizes were large.

Carpet is a little dated.

Restaurant and bar have little ambience. Rooms were overheated. Check-in form needs updating to remove option for newspapers (which we discovered were no longer actually available).

Love the location It’s a great hotel as it’s a great size not too big and a great breakfast and the rooms at a great size love the bathrooms

We tried to get our tv fixed 5 times it was quiet an inconvenience. In the end we were offered a bottle of house bubbles as they couldn’t fix it. Also I booked through booking.com and there was a delay in communication from booking.com with the change of dates of my stay.

Breakfast options plentiful and delicious. My 10 year old loved the free ice cream before 5pm.

Knowledge of tram routes to the hotel - staff were not able to give specifics over the phone but found out after a longer walk than needed that the 96 tram was very close. Staff Knowledge of local restaurants within short walk away was limited. Luckily we did our own research and found the Pizza Pizza Pizza place on Meyers Lane - so close and great for a quick meal.

The room was gorgeous, huge and was so nice and quiet. The bath was so great, we could watch our movies from the bath! And the awesome buffet breakfast made our stay

It would be nice to have more than one milk in the fridge, but everything else was perfect
