Clean, comfortable, activities

Nice location, spacious resort, lovely beach. Several pools and outdoor facilities can accomodate the guests without too much crowd. Very convenient timing for meals at buffet restaurant for all inclusive guests. Lovely to see that they promote avoiding food waste and have only small plates at the buffet. Nice big room with comfortable beds and spacious bedroom too. Staff were nice and friendly.

Some areas are a bit run down, could use renovation/refurbishing. Seen a lot of garbage left all over the outdoor areas, in bushes, between sunbeds, etc. Food quality does not reflect 5* and the choices are very limited and on repeat every day. They have dedicated children buffet but the food variety is very limited, the same 3 choices for every meal, total lack of healthy meal options. House keeping services were not up to standard as we had to call them every day to get our room cleaned by the late afternoon hours, they didn’t replenish toilet paper and tissues. Some bedsheets had permanent stains on them and were still used as “clean”. They “cleaned” the drinking glasses in a way that lip marks and finger prints were left visible, instead of replacing them with new glasses. They threw away my daily medication as garbage during one service-which could have become a very big issue. 3 days out of our 5 day stay we faced shortage of beach towels by the pool. We were told to “come earlier” as this happens every day. Kids club was ok but didn’t have too many toys for younger kids and we were not informed about any events except one time 20 mins “mini disco”. I felt there was not very many events during the days or if there were, information was not easily accessible.

Location was good. It was geographically beautiful.

Regarding the property no complains but our room was not throughly cleaned. I had to call cleaning team to get the room cleaned again. It was not good experience

The pool and beach is very accessible from the rooms

Room furnitures need maintenance and wooden dividers needs dusting. Frontdesk staff needs more coordination. Breakfast buffet have less options.

I was offered a room upgrade at no extra cost. The breakfast was excellent. Having a pool with access limited to adults was an added value to the experience.

we checked in the room around 4:30pm so by the time we put our stuff and went for lunch, we hardly had time to go to the pool.

Lots of features for a family getaway

Had a bathroom leak which took a long time for someone to fix. Once fixed maintenance person asked for me to contact cleaning to clean up flooding and I resorted to use towels to mop up

Only the receptionist didn’t guide us properly we ask her what is the time for pool and she just says till sun set but after that we found one pool was opens till 10pm and I ask them for swimming stuff do they have in this resort they said you have to go nearest riox resort to get this stuff and after that we found the shops in the same resort. I just wanna suggest you once guest come to your nice resort you have to give the map first so Its gonna be helpful

Very nice facilities, specially for families with kids. Kids loved the water park and the kids club. The pools are also very nice for adults

The all inclusive buffet overall could have better choices and be better prepared. The all inclusive drinks need to improve a lot, just a couple of canned German beers and the cocktails are not enjoyable at all.

مافي تنسيق قسم للعوايل .. الغرفه اللي جانبنا اجانب سكاري ازعاج ضرب باب مع صراخ .. وانا كنت مع عايلتي أطفال صغار .. سعر بوكينق اختلف عن سعر اللي دفعته لانه اقسام الغرفتين تختلف .. يعني اللي عنده اطفال وطلب غرفه متصله بيتوهق .. ثالثا الفطور فااااشل ..

مساحات الغرف كانت كبيرة كما أنها كانت نظيفة وموقعها مناسب لجميع الخدمات أيضا الأنشطة المتنوعه الموجودة في المنتجع سواء للكبار او للصغار ساهم في استمتاعنا بالمكان.

طلبت ٣ غرف مجاورة ولكن حصلت فقط على غرفتين متجاورتين كما اني حصلت على مفاتيح الغرفة الثالثة الساعه ٦ مساء رغم وصولي على الوقت الساعه ٣ ولكن استلمت فقط غرفتين وللأسف الغرفة الثالثة كان الماء ينزل من السقف والماء انتشر بمدخل الغرفة وسقط وتحلق ابني لانه لم يتوقع وجود الماء كما أن ابنتي لم تستطع البقاء بسبب رطوبة السقف وهي تعاني من ضيق النفس فبيت ليلة وذهبت الليلة الثانية للبيت للعلم تم إبلاغ الإدارة بالمشكلة وقاموا فقط بالتصوير ولم يعودوا ولم نحصل حتى على اعتذار من الفندق

المكان جميل ولكن عند الحجز تم حجز غرفتين متباعدتين مع اننا عايله ولدي اطفال دون 17مما اضطررت لدفع مبلغ اكثر وهو 350درهم لحجز غرفه مجاوره لاولادي

Alcuni giochi per bambini presenti all'esterno sono trascurati; tavoli da ping pong ormai vecchi con reti rotte e racchette non adeguate. Schacchiera gigante con pezzi rotti

The hotel is great and the staff was super friendly.

Еда. Мы были 5 дней и от однообразия я очень устала. Для детей кроме сосисок и пиццы больше есть нечего. Всего много, но по итогу есть нечего. Персонал будто ждет когда вы уйдете, чайный стол закрывают за час до окончания

Facilities, staff, service and resort cleanliness

Food was not up to expectation, it can be much better. Also I raised a complaint cuz one of my family rooms had no AC the whole night which till now I didn't receive any justification or reply from the hotel management regarding it. This kept me a bit unsatisfied with their customer service for ignoring my complaint.
