The room is not clean with the room facilities and the swimming pool is very bad and old

Food timings in the evening were a little late for small children/past regular mealtimes so they were very hungry by that time.

The room was good, nice view. The food was terrible. Most of the food was Indian, hardly anything to eat for a western person. The staff in the restaurant didn’t speak English. The beach was lousy. The grounds were pretty ugly. Over all it was a very disappointing stay.

The food definitely needs improvements. They need to cater not only for Indian people but to western people as well. Also it would be nice if they enhanced their grounds with more flowers.

a bit old and beach is not very clean. im sure its not 100% hotel responsibility, but for sure something can be done about the seaweed.

Food was good. Evening anchoring. Water slides. Environment. Ambience. Shacks. Area. All in one with swimming pool, water slides and beach. Unlimited food and drinks.

AC stopped working which was resolved soon later. Poor cleanliness of beach and sea water. High chemicals in swimming pool (resulting into skin tanning), you can smell the strong odour of chemicals on your skin. Broken gadgets in the room. Selected a room on internet which was upgraded by paying an additional amount later as the room was too far away from the entertainment zone. I guess if more information is made available on booking.com then it will help others in selecting the rooms. Unlimited drinks with less options for nonalcoholic beverages.
