Amazing location, incredible views and hiking. The staff were extremely warm and helpful.

Rooms are freshly renovated, our room had a fantastic view over Lake Garda! The buffet is fantastic and with lots of options. Staff are friendly and attentive. Lots of activity choices - mini golf, Tennis, table tennis, hiking. The scenery is fantastic. Even tho the location is a bit secluded, there are at least two great restaurants within walking distance.

Not much I could complain about. Some of the public areas could use a little update, and the plastic chairs on the balcony don't really match the modern room design, but all in all it was a great stay.

The hotel looks as if it was recently upgraded. Our room looked and felt brand new! The pool and sunbathing areas were wonderful and their wellness centre (Turkish bath, wet and dry saunas, and hot tub) were amazing!

I would have liked the hot tub to be hotter.

Everything was amazing. Room just giant, the pool and wellness center clean and very nice. The staff very helpful. We left our room after the check out time with the hotel permission which was amazingly nice of them. The cutest thing was a cleaning lady who saw us with a small baby sleeping in my arms (just a minute after leaving the room) and she stopped us just to give some bottle of water. One of the guest’s care broke our mirror (in the car) and we couldn’t find who it was due to the video camera which was too far away from the car park but obviously we do not blame the hotel for that but uneducated guests. That was the only unpleasant moment of our stay. All the rest just wonderful.

Superb location. Excellent view to the lake and mountains. Great terrace.

Breakfast: There were almost no vegetables available (except cherry tomato). Scrambled eggs was rather bad.

The room was very clean. Beautiful view.

Breakfast was quite poor for 4* hotel. The hotel is located up the hill and you can't go down walking. There is nothing to do around hotel (only one pizza place with terrible pizza). You need to use car all the time.

I travelled during covid crises and my best guess was that hotel was almost empty. As I did last minute booking 2 hours prior arrival I asked for a room with a nice view. The receptioninst told me that for this price is the room without view. Beeing from the industry I felt like not welcome. Anyway I left my room and spend some time on the commor area terrace which was great. Good luck!
