Everything easy and pretty

Everything was OK, we realy enjoyed our stay

I thought the location of this hotel was amazing! right on the lake with beautiful views from our room and from the dining hall. The pool was really big and right on the lake. Loved it! The breakfast buffet was good but not great. The staff was incredibly friendly and so nice to us! We brought along our dog and the staff was very welcoming.

I expected a higher quality in the hotel rooms. The beds were very uncomfortable and they were 2 twin beds pushed together, which I can sort of understand in Italy, but it's 2020 and this hotel had 4 stars, invest in an IKEA queen or king-size bed with ONE mattress. Especially for the price of our stay (over $200 a night) I expected a might higher quality. The shower was the other thing that was very underwhelming. The water kept going from scalding hot to extremely cold without touching the faucet.

The room was deeply cleaned. The staff very nice and helpful. The breakfast very good. The view is awesome. No hidden costs.

Very little English TV channel’s variety.

Great location.

The breakfast seating was convoluted, as there were assigned seats, unbeknownst to us. Also the eggs were more like soup, than scrambled eggs.
