The location is superb, just 1 min away from the central Kuta street with many options to have breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks at night. Close by to money exchange few spa places, supermarket, you name it. The hut is very traditional and instagramable. The staff is always available and happy to help.

The water pressure was low throughout our stay and there was almost no water on our last day. Bathroom and bedroom are located on different levels, that's may be important to consider for some travellers.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was big and the bed comfortable. Pool OK. But it was all a bit disorganised and sometimes you couldn't find anyone to talk to. I think this place has had new management since it's previous very high ratings.

No fridge in the deluxe room. Everything felt like it had decayed and not been repaired. Door locks were really hard to open. Pictures on booking.com does not represent what the place currently looks like. Bar was weirdly empty of anything.

This place is amazing. Located in a quite street, but still very close to the restaurants and shops. The staff is very friendly and helps with everything needed. Great pool. It is really a small paradise.

The staff were really nice and the swimming pool was beautiful. It was quite and relaxing and we had the pool to ourself most of the time. Good location only a short 10 minute walk to the center.

The rooms were not that clean. No fridge in the deluxe rooms.

Our first view of our bungalow had the wow factor. We loved it. We had everything we needed; fridge, kettle, TV, lounge room. Very spacious. The upstairs bedroom was beautiful! Large and spacious with dressing table, large mirror, air con and mosquito nets around the bed. Doors upstairs opened out to a little patio with wicker chairs and table overlooking the pool. Breakfast was great, lots of choice from pancakes to bacon and cheese croissant, juices, coffee and tea. Staff were so friendly. Nothing too much trouble. The room was cleaned each morning while we had breakfast so not to inconvenience us.

Property was good. The pool was broken which was a bummer but other than that it was good!

The sheets on the bed were dirty still... and the location is a little further away from the main area than I thought
