The driver was suppose to pick me up and never twice. The hotel looks a little old. But had AC, WiFi, and free streaming services. I was relieved to have those things.

Staff are friendly.
The can improve on cleanliness. Bahamas is expensive, so you get what you pay for. For the cost of this facility, you shouldn't expect much.
The facility however is below standard. The pool is unkempt. They didn't change bedsheets for my entire stay of 8 days!!!!

Everything was good and on point the staff was excellent and made me feel like home

The service was very poor the first room the A.C. wasn't cold they couldn't find the remote for it every movie on the TV was jumping . They put us in a different room the A.C. was better but when we went to bed the bedhead was shakey the bed was hard this morning we went for tea they looked lost like they don't know what we were talking about and then one of them said that it's in the room but they didn't have any cups in there for the tea or coffee .

Close to the airport. And to have a beach bath.
Terrible odours coming from the bath,toilet and sink . The room was not aired out prior to arrival, but was hot and smelly the AC was off. No utensil like eg ..tea cup plates knives and forks. Had to be asking. Keep hitting head on ceiling. There seems to be construction going on. The welcome reception could have been more welcoming.

Nothing there was no breakfast, no shuttle and we had to have our room switched becuase the air conditioner was spitting out black stuff and liquid
The room the low ceiling if you're not looking then you hit your head. Everytime we asked about a shuttle the staff was like it's not here and they don't know when it's coming back

Also the stairs was too steep.

The room especially the bathroom was old rusty and the decorations needed redoing. Floor had a loose fractured tile. The whole resort was needing an upgrade.

Airport pick up worked but we needed to pay for same which was NOT mentioned prior
Had visitors...COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE, loud music from another room, dirty room, NEVER AGAIN, though the pick up lady was nice.

The location, restaurants and lounge is next to it. They have friendly front desk staff, except one
The pool was dirty. 1 staff was very rude the light skin short hair she's a front desk worker. The mattress need changing it's all spring there's no cushion. The outside at the back where the pool is looks like an abandoned yard, the deck chairs are all torn and dirty
