Propietor was kind, Check in fairly easy. Views were amazing, location was excellent, public transport system inexpensive and convenient.

A few things specifically to myself: Bed was uncomfortable for a person with back problems. No mention of the inability to cook fish in the kitchen and that is my daily diet. Last thing that has to do with the tropics and the surrounding area to the property itself: when I book an ocean view: I love to hear it as I fall asleep at night. I was also encouraged to open both the front and back doors to enjoy the ocean breeze which I loved doing to combat the humidity. Unfortunately little ants come to visit, so limit the time you leave those doors open..

The view, how quiet the place was, the nice terrace and dock, the air conditioning system, and the water supply.

Everything was great. Exactly what was expected.

Astounding view from the rooms to the sea. Plus, Mr Terencio was a great host, always available to helping out us with anything we requested to him.

There's no ATM close to it. However, you can to go to the downtown to get available ATM's. It's just 15 min to get there by bus or taxi.

1. The view from the room was superb. 2. Hammock and the outdoor seating area made the holiday more relaxing. 3. They clean our room every day! 4. Terrance was thoughtful and friendly. 5. Free wine, a box of cereal, beers, milk, juice, a bottle of water and coffees. 6. Free pick up from the hotel (Reimbursed our taxi fare). 7. Spacious (Living room + room)

Terence was extremely helpful - we arranged a pickup at the airport, he helped us get taxis through our stay, rent a cart, etc. He was very supportive of his guests. We also did the boat tour with him and it was great - highly recommend! Such a great service for his guests. The place is literally right on the water with beautiful views, lots of places to hangout on the property. Very clean and has all the amenities you need. Quick walk to the beach and quick ride into downtown for restaurants. Highly recommend - safe, quiet area.

This is a perfect stay! The ocean at your window when you wake up or chill on the balcony with a cold beer. I don’t want to leave. The rooms are big and clean,the kitchen is well equipped and the host is the loveliest and helpful man you can meet. To welcome us he left in our fridge wine, beer , milk plus cereal and coffe. He goes beyond your expectations to help. He offered a tour with his beautiful and modern boat and it was great. Take a car and explore the island
