A beautiful staff member who is always so accommodating everytime we stay, we are always greeted kindly and remembered and valued always makes one feel special 😊

Cramped and awkward bathroom layout. Unable to switch kitchen lights off & had terrible sleep as no instructions available to turn lights off

Mega fonctionnel !!! C’est neuf et il y a tout même un lave vaisselle. C’est la chambre d’hôtel la plus fonctionnelle que j’ai eu jusqu’à présent. Propre est douillette. Je l’avais en début de séjour donc j’ai pas fait de lessive ni fait attention aux services proposés sur le sujet.
Un peu en côte donc difficile de remonter avec les courses sauf si vous utiliser les trottinettes. Je déconseille pour les personnes à mobilité réduite…

Not much. Refunded my money was a positive
All in an email iv sent. Problem after Problem. Worst stay in my life. Even after my email and checking out the elevator wouldn't work again to get to my car. Ur staff used her card. So even got worse

Didn’t have any notes regarding the reservation although I called to book a car park. Elevator was broken and trapped us. The hotel was grubby and appeared to be used for emergency housing.

It was a great location with secure parking and friendly reception. Loved the kitchen facilities.
I can think of nothing I didn't like about our stay here over 3 nights'

It’s location was very good, and it provided car parking
Stayed on two occasions within 3 weeks and there was quite a price difference.

Great Location and front of house staff.
Limited parking and expensive. The wifi in our room was too slow, we could not connect the TV to the room wifi. The room phone wasn't working, to call down for help. And if you use a visa debit card instead of a credit card, there is a 150 bond.

I liked how central it was, and good sound protection
The bed was not a double, it was singles pushed together so was very uncomfortable to sleep on, as one side would sink down lower than the other

had to park in the city car park dodgey as, and they don’t mention you have to pay for the hotel parking until you get there. because they were sold out we parked in the city and let the crack heads mimi on my car every night while I was sleeping

Air conditioning didn’t work and the room was 30 degrees, staff didn’t care and wasn’t willing to move us to another room.
