The location is PERFECT! Not more than a 10 minute walk from all the attractions in Weimar. A nearby parking space at cost (€12 daily) is available. Excellent food options within walking distance. The very old building is in good condition and the furnishing matches. Apartment No.4 has a small, but fully equipped kitchen (bring ground coffee for a drip coffee maker and milk). It was chilly outside during our March stay, but the heating was good and warmed the apartment quickly despite the high ceilings.

Getting the key from a building in a different location you couldn't drive to (pedestrian street) was a bit confusing and cumbersome. The bathroom (apt. 4) was tiny, and the sink had no stopper (do you know the fear of stuff falling down the drain?!).

Absolutely beautiful, clean, and perfectly placed in the center of the Altstadt. All of the dishes were clean and new. The Electric kettle didn’t even looked used! Very quiet and it was nice to have a kitchen for breakfasts.

The location is really excellent. You can reach most of the interesting places in Weimar in about 10 to 15 minutes. Breakfast is not offered in the Altstadt Palais, but there are a number of small cafés in Herder Square and Market Square. The apartment I stayed in was spacious and comfortably furnished.

During my stay of 13 days I hardly saw a person working there. This was not a big problem, but of course it would have been nicer to have somebody there to get information.

This is really an amazing apartment, located 5 minutes away from the town hall. The apparent is huge, nice designed and well equipped. Plus very nice and helpful staff

Everything was perfect

The building is an old palace with stone walls, wonderful renovation, the rooms are spacious, super clean, and the location very close to the city center.

The only thing is that there is a big light at the street next to the window which is also next to the bed, it was too bright and there was no dark curtain to block the light.
