Nice sized apartment in good location.

Shower (water mixer) was broken. Water was either ice cold or piping hot. Taking cold showers at this price is not acceptable! Needed to bring own towels, which is odd enough, but then getting accused of taking their towels is outright bizarre.

great location, lovely restful flat and stayed nice and warm without heating on.

sofa and chairs weren’t the comfiest. if you drove a big car, parking would be tight

The appartment is in Bourton on the Water and a short walk from the centre of this beautiful Cotswold Village. The owner met us when we arrived and the keys were inside the door so we were able to walk straight in. Car parking is tight but very convenient, up against the wall to the left of the pottery. Terracotta is a small, basic, but decently equipped flat above the pottery and had everything we needed other than towels (we knew to take our own from the information provided when we booked). In sum, very convenient for exploring Bourton on foot (NB: many dining options within a few hundred metres) and for visiting other Cotswold locations by car.

I prefer a walk-in shower but Terracotta does not have the room for this and bath with hand-shower was fine. If I was being really picky, I would recommend a few additional tumblers in the kitchen and maybe a little instruction on the washer/dryer which we could not get to dry washing completely, even with the instruction book provided. But these are very minor observations and the appartment was ideal for our long weekend.

Excellent location - two minutes from centre of Bourton with parking.

Did not really understand the logic of cutting down on crockery and cutlery in the light of the current situation,
