Everything. Location, interior styling, amenities - self service convenience shop was mind-blowing. Not to mention complimentary sweets :-)

Das Frühstück war sehr sehr gut, es war alles dabei das man sich wünscht. Alles war frisch und wirklich super lecker. Es war auch sehr schön angerichtet und es wurde auch direkt wieder aufgefüllt. Ein so tolles Frühstück findet man wirklich selten. Unser Zimmer, sowie das Badezimmer, waren sehr sauber und ansprechend. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön war auch die Cocktailbar im obersten Stock des Hotels mit einem atemberaubenden Blick über die Stadt. Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt um mit Metro oder S-Bahn die Stadt zu erkunden. Im Ganzen kann ich das Hotel voll und ganz weiterempfehlen.

It would be nice to be able to sign into my Netflix account or YouTube. The rooms are nice enough to spend an evening watching television, curled all cosy and ordering room service .

Sehr modernes Hotel. Saubere Zimmer und hilfsbereites Personal. Zu Fuß nur wenige Meter zur Metro und dann in wenigen Minuten ins Stadtzentrum.

The breakfast offered an abundant selection of choices, and the hotel's location is conveniently close to the metro, just a five-minute walk away. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making this hotel highly recommendable.

Nothing to dislike. However, for my next visit, I'd prefer accommodations in a high-rise room. On this occasion, I was on the 3rd floor, which unfortunately did not provide a view of Amsterdam at night.

Excellent location next to the RAI convention centre which was the reason for going there. Also close to metro station and a tram into central Amsterdam. Very comfy bed and pillows. Great selection at breakfast but scrambled eggs were on the runny side 2/3 mornings.

Didn't bother with housekeeping as wasn't impressed with the bits of packaging on the floor of the room and shower when I arrived. Didn't notice until I'd unpacked so didn't bother complaining. Surprised by the level of traffic noise on the 7th floor room. Needs more consistency with opening hours for food and drink. On Tuesday night the downstairs bar (which serves food) closed at 6 so the only place to get a drink was the noisy cocktail bar and food options were the main restaurant (we'd eaten there the night before and wanted something plainer and cheaper) or room service (limited menu, fries arrived cold, mezze pitta bread was untoasted and dips unrecognisable for what they were supposed to be). The decor may appeal to some but I found it way over the top and more thought given to 'style' than practicality. Eg lighting in the room and bathroom was very dim; the lanterns in the Japanese themed room banged around when AC/heating on and got in the way when closing the curtains; the way food was laid out for breakfast was difficult to get to.

There was an option to not clean your room & get a drinks voucher. We opted for this only to go the bar and be made to pay for drinks as they weren’t included. Explained that we do not drink alcohol but seems it was only alcoholic drink available. Better off having the room cleaned during to the lack of communication.

There were some candies near the entrance door. The rooms were cleaned. Located near to the metro stations, I was in central of Amsterdam in approximatively 10 min.

Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet, das Bad bietet genug Ablagefläche. Ebenfalls gibt es einen großen Kleiderschrank mit genug Platz für die gesamte Kleidung. In der Nähe befinden sich die Bahn-, Straßenbahn- und Metrohaltestellen nach Amsterdam, so dass man innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt ist.Uber sind in der Regel innerhalb von fünf Minuten am Hotel. Meine Frau hatte während unseres Aufenthalts Geburtstag und wurde vom Hotel per Zimmerservice mit einer kleinen Überraschung bedacht, was uns sehr gefreut hat.

Everything was nice and it was new and clean

If you can only lower your prices a little bit. Booking.com showed us an amount that will be charged along with all taxes. I ended up paying extra 52 Euro at the reception.

Breakfast was far better than I thought, as some reviews said it was expensive and not quite good value for money. Perhaps, it has improved since then. On the whole, I enjoyed my stay there as it is a unique hotel. I have started recommending it to my friends, and I plan to come back.

The only downside was it took a long time to check-in. Pheraps more staff would help, or self-check in service can be an option for guests.

We only stayed for one night as we needed to be close to the airport. The hotel was impeccably clean, the room was spacious with a huge walk-in shower, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious

Jammer dat de vaatwasser stuk was en dat het warm bleef op de kamer. We kregen het niet koel op de kamer wat overdag natuurlijk heerlijk is maar als je gaat slapen is dat niet zo fijn.

Aussergewöhnlich und stylisch! Man hat sich in dieser tollen Architektur sofort wohl gefühlt. Unser Zimmer im 19. Stock , direkt in der Spitze gelegen, war wunderschön!

Loved the artistic style of it and the location is amazing.

Nothing really sticks out honestly. I guess sometimes it was confusing on where to go when I called the elevator.
