Pet friendly, clean and friendly staff. Comfy bed and quiet. we had a great sleep. Much cleaner than some pet friendly places we’ve stayed at with a lovely pool.

couldn’t get the wifi to work but wasn’t a big deal.

Someone hammering from 9pm to 2am in the room next to us(renovations maybe) besides hammering they are not very quiet rooms, a lot of noise. Reported issue and never heard anything further in regards to what was happening…

The location and the 3bdrm unit had plenty of space!

No WiFi in our unit and for the price we paid we expected WiFi, and the unit was a distance away from everything else

Suited us well for the night. Restaurant was not open but we have room service which was excellent and the food was great.

No family rooms on the ground floor

Travelling with a pet made easy. Restaurant on site was handy.Room comfortable.

We loved thst we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom Apartment after the air con didn't work in the room we were given

Nothing we didn't like

The check in staff were lovely and the reception and pool area look lovely. What a sad state of affairs when we reached our room.

The room was shabby and bland. The shower door was dirty. There are no plug points near the beds. The couch had definitely seen better days. The walls and ceiling are obviously paper-thin as we could hear every breath and step taken by other guests. No chance of sleeping in until 8am either as the cleaning crew start trundling their trolleys up the passageways very early.

Our room was near the pool which was a bonus the room was clean

Over charged for breakfast but was got sorted
